★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedungnya bagus dan di lokasi yg strategis. Pelayanannya super ramah penuh dengan senyuman. Untuk kasus saya pelayanan buat legalisir SKCK yang ada di gedung AHU sementara pindah di gedung Cik's. Entah berapa lama pindah di gedung Cik's. Top laaahh Kemnkumham
The building is nice and in a strategic location. The service is super friendly, full of smiles. For my case, the service for legalizing the SKCK in the AHU building was temporarily moved in the Cik's building. I do not know how long it moved in the Cik's building. Top laaahh Kemnkumham

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alur Legalisasi Akte KEMENHUKUMHAM:
- Kunjungi Gedung Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum (gedung warna merah bata)
- Masuk ke gedung, pass X-screening, naik ke Lantai 3
- Ikuti koridor dan cari Ruangan Administrasi Umum
- Ambil Nomor antrian (istirahat dari jam 11:30 sampai 12:30, termasuk pengambilan nomor antrian pun istirahat) dan jelaskan maksud kunjungan ke petugas (Legalisasi Akte)
- Menunggu Nomor antrian
- Abaikan tawaran "calo" dg iming-iming lebih cepat, cukup jawab dengan senyum dan katakan "tidak", atau "Saya sudah dewasa dan mandiri Pak, 18+"
- Petugas akan memberikan slip/nota dan form, kemudian akan meminta melakukan pembyaran ke Loket BNI (next to Loket 7)
- Untuk melakukan pembayaran, harus mencetak Nomor Voucher pembayaran di salah satu Komputer tersedia
- Cara Mencetak Voucher:
• PELAYANAN JASA UMUM: Pilih --> Perdata Umum --> Legalisasi Tandatangan Tercantum Dalam Dokumen
• Masukkan isian Nama, Alamat Email, Dan Nomor Telepon
• OK, unduh data dalam PDF, kemudian cetak/print,
• Jangan lupa tekan Tombol USB 1 Jika Komputer sebelah kiri atau USB 2 Jika Komputer sebelah kanan, posisi USB di atas printer.
- Setelah voucher tercetak, serahkan ke Loket BNI dan bayar Rp 25.000,00 saja
- Slip pembayaran dan form yang Sudah diisi dikembalikan ke Loket, si petugas akan menunggu dengan sabar
- Silahkan datang 3 hari ke depan (bisa juga 2 hari jadi, tergantung petugasnya dan workload mereka)
Flow of Legalization of KEMENHUKUMHAM Deed:
- Visit the Directorate General of Public Law Administration Building (brick red building)
- Enter the building, pass the X-screening, go up to the 3rd Floor
- Follow the corridor and look for the General Administration Room
- Take queuing numbers (take a break from 11:30 to 12:30, including taking queuing numbers even break) and explain the purpose of visiting the officer (Legalization of Deed)
- Waiting for a queue number
- Ignore offers of "brokers" with the lure faster, just answer with a smile and say "no", or "I am an adult and independent sir, 18+"
- Officers will provide slip / note and form, then will ask to pay to BNI Counter (next to Lok 7)
- To make a payment, you must print the Payment Voucher Number on one of the available Computers
- How to Print Vouchers:
• GENERAL SERVICES: Select -> General Civil Code -> Legalization of Signatures Listed in Documents
• Enter the Name, Email Address and Phone Number fields
OK, download the data in PDF, then print / print,
• Don't forget to press the USB Button 1 If the Computer is left or USB 2 If the Computer is right, position the USB above the printer.
- After the voucher is printed, hand it over to the BNI Counter and pay only Rp. 25,000.00
- Payment slips and completed forms are returned to the Counter, the officer will wait patiently
- Please come 3 days in the future (it could also be 2 days, depending on the officer and their workload)
