★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan roti bakar, sampai sesi habis belum datang juga. Ga bisa dicancel, harus ditunggu. Akhirnya dibawa pulang, tapi pas dicek cuma ada 1 roti padahal pesan 2. Ga lagi-lagi deh karaokean di sini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini karaoke kalo ada sistemnya mati/down dibilang, "udah biasa kok ini mah kak" pas ditanya ke resepsionis knapa kalo udh biasa ga diperbaiki malah resepsionisnya ngeles dan blg ga pernah bgini kok.. Sesama tim aja ga kompak...hadehh... Tolong diperbaiki lagi layanannyaa.. Beberapa pegawai engga pakai seragam dan id juga jadi bingung kalo minta tolong ama siapa?? Sistem mati selama 1 jam?? Managementnya kemana ya??
Only this time the karaoke if the system is off / down is said, "how come this is normal, Sis" when asked to the receptionist why if the reception is not fixed, the receptionist doesn't work and doesn't really work like this. ... Please repair the service again .. Some employees don't use uniforms and IDs, so they are confused if who asks for help ?? The system dies for 1 hour ?? Where is the management ??

Booking 1 jam, diharuskan order makan dan minum minimal 50rb.
Order teh susu, dikasih kopi susu. Order hot cappuccino dan tidak panas (seperti dengan air dispenser) dan rasa kopi sachetan.
Sudah pasti sih gak akan balik lagi kesini.
Nilai positifnya hanya ac nya dingin. Sudah itu saja

Order milk tea, given milk coffee. Order a hot cappuccino and it's not hot (like with a water dispenser) and tastes of coffee sachets.
I definitely won't be coming back here again.
The only positive value is the ac is cold. That's it
