★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kalau bisa tidak berbintang, saya akan kasih review seperti itu. pelayanan sama sekali tidak memuaskan, sangat jauh dr kata memuaskan. mau urus berkas pembuatan KK baru, imbauan nya adalah pendaftaran online tp tidak ada panduan sama sekali. saya minta panduan tp dibilang tidak ada, dan petugas berkata 'login aja ke web nanti isi disitu, gampang'. oke setelah itu saya tanya ini yang diisi yang mana klik yang mana. tp petugas pelayanan tidak tau sama sekali dengan jawaban, 'oh saya gatau blm pernah coba soalnya' HAHAHA
sangat profesional sekali ya petugas pelayanan di kecamatan ciledug ini. saran saya, kalau memang blm siap utk fully online, jangan memaksakan sekaligus, bertahap saja dlu. poinnya sih tolong SDM nya dibenahi dulu atau setidaknya diberikan bekal bagaimana cara melayani pengguna jasa dengan baik. petugas pelayanan minus kompetensi minus pelayanan dan tidak ramah.
mudah2an review ini bisa membantu teman2 sekalian utk tidak berekspektasi trll tinggi thd pelayanan d sana ya.
if possible, not starred, I will give a review like that. service is not at all satisfactory, very far from satisfactory. want to take care of the files for making a new KK, the appeal is online registration but there are no guidelines at all. I asked for a guide but it said there was no, and the clerk said 'just log in to the web, fill in there, easy'. okay after that I asked which one to fill which click. but the service officer did not know at all the answer, 'oh I don't know, I haven't tried the problem' HAHAHA
very professional, yes, the service officer in this Ciledug district. My advice, if it's not ready to go fully online, don't push it all at once, just gradually. The point is, please fix the human resources first or at least provide provisions on how to serve service users well. service officers minus competence minus service and unfriendly.
I hope this review can help all of you not to have high expectations of the service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan nya sangat sangat sangat tidak memuaskan. Pintu utama untuk KK dan KTP tidak ada penjagaan. Memberikan penjelasan yang sangat tidak mengenakkan untuk di dengar.
Semoga kedepannya dapat di review untuk karyawan karyawannya agar benar benar melayani masyarakat dengan baik
