Pelayanan di sini juga oke

Apakah masih ada budaya pungli disini, sehingga kami yg ingin mengurus sendiri mendapat pelayanan kurang baik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bener2 menyulitkan warga, apa2 dibikin sulit. pelayanan buruk terutama ibu2 yg duduk didepan pintu masuk. gaada senyum sedikitpun, kalian digaji sm masyarakat masa melayani nya begitu. Lurahnya juga lagi enak aja udud2 santai pdhl bukan diluar jam kerja sy kesana. Teguran keras,jangan se mena2 sm warga kecil yg butuh bantuan administrasi. semoga pihak kel. karang tengah baca ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Entah kapan akan ada perbaikan & peningkatan pelayanan di Kelurahan. Beberapa kali kesini, tetap saja tdk bagus. Tidak ada pelayanan administrasi, padahal di hari kerja & jam kerja. Menunggu berjam - jam tanpa hasil. Dokumen sudah ditinggal berhari - hari, tapi tidak diproses juga. Sangat mempersulit.
Very bad service. I don't know when there will be improvements and service improvements in the village. Been here a few times, still not good. There is no administrative service, even though on weekdays & working hours. Waited for hours to no avail. Documents have been left for days, but not processed either. Very difficult.
