Tapi Bintang 4 dulu ??
Saran : perlu diterapkan petugas yg khusus menyambut dan menunjukkan loket pelayanan,
Misal seperti di Bank, ada satpam yg membantu menyambut???
Tapi untuk pelayanan keseluruhan, sudah kereen..
Beda jauh dengan 5 tahun lalu,

Semoga semakin baik lagi melayani kami rakyat sipil?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meminta cetak ulang Akta lahir malah disuruh bikin baru. Dan langsung diberi syarat2 akta baru. Tidak diberi kesempatan opsi yang solutif. Pdahal menurut persyaratan umum sudah lengkap untuk cetak Akta baru. Semoga pimpinan dan staf nya semakin baik lagi dalam pelayanan.
Untuk pelayanan online ktp puas.
Asking for a reprint of the birth certificate instead was told to make a new one. And immediately given the new deed conditions. Not given the opportunity for a solution option. Whereas according to the general requirements, it is complete to print a new deed. Hopefully the leadership and staff will be better in service.
For online service, the ID card is satisfied.
