Alhamdulillah, the Great Doctor was friendly, explained patiently, gave the patient/patient family a chance to ask questions. The service can be further improved. For example, the nurses could be more friendly. The vision and mission is done well and most importantly, trustworthy. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali kesani, nyampek rumah ternyata, obat yg di berikan yg 4 biji salah. Tidak sesuai dg label yg tertempel di klip obat. Mungkin, kalau kita tidak teliti, akan di minum saja. Iya kalau nggak ada efek samping. Kalau ada gimana???
Mohon lebih teliti. Trimkasih

Untuk dokter yang menangani pasien juga memuaskan..
Untuk fasilitas pasien ataupun penjenguk kurang memuaskan seperti toilet. Begitu masuk toilet ada genangan air kotor dan berkuman, kemudian pintu toilet agak sdikit rusak.. saran saya segeralah dibenai sarana dan prasarana yang pada dasarnya sudah mulai penurunan fungsi..

The facilities for patients or visitors are not satisfactory, such as toilets. As soon as you enter the toilet there is a puddle of dirty water and germs, then the toilet door is a bit damaged... my advice is to immediately fix the facilities and infrastructure which basically have started to decrease in function..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadwal tidak pasti, waktu pemeriksaan poli terhambat oleh jadwal operasi. Seharusnya dikonfirmasi lebih dahulu kalau ada keterlambatan pelyanan. Jngan sampai pasien nunggu, pasien ibu hamil yang rentan capek jadi pelayanan harus sat set. Pelayanan pagi, sudah jam 11 lebih belum juga dilayani. Bagaimana kalo pasiennya datang dari jam 7? Apa tidak capek itu pinggang harus nunggu dengan jadwal yang tidak jelas . Buang buang waktu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah Sakit swasta yang lumayan besar untuk ukuran kota Pacitan. Pelayanan lumayan bagus daripada rumah sakit umum daerah milik pemerintah daerah. Tempat parkir yang samping tertata rapi, cukup untuk beberapa mobil dan banyak motor, sayang yang di depan seringkali semrawut membuat tidak nyaman pengguna jalan. Kondisi bersih, tetapi kurang diperhatikan keselamatan kerja. Misalnya saja, tutup-tutup blower Air Conditioner dibiarkan terbuka, pintunya melambai-lambai. Jika jatuh bisa menimpa pengunjung. Pada kondisi pandemi ini, tidak ada filter di pintu masuk untuk cek suhu tubuh maupun cuci tangan dengan hand sanitizer. Tidak memberikan contoh yang baik kepada masyarakat luas.

The side parking lot is neatly arranged, enough for several cars and many motorbikes, unfortunately the one in front is often chaotic making road users uncomfortable. Clean conditions, but less attention to work safety. For example, the flaps of the Air Conditioner blower are left open, the door is waving. If it falls it can fall on visitors. During this pandemic, there is no filter at the entrance to check body temperature or wash hands with hand sanitizer. Does not set a good example to the wider community.
