★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang baik, tempat antri outdoor disuguhi condensor ac yang panas, tempat parkir motor tidak tertutup dan tidak rata serta tukang parkirnya nonton aja pas lagi markirin motor, beli map mahal (10rb/map)
 The service is not good, the outdoor queue is served by a hot ac condenser, the motorbike parking area is not closed and uneven and the parking attendants just watch when they park the motorbike, buy an expensive map (10k / map)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disdukcapil paling buruk pelayanannya se indonesia. Saya bisa bilang begini karena sudah pernah urus berbagai dokumen di beberapa kabupaten dan beda provinsi. Disinilah yang paling lelet bisa bulak balik beberapa hari. Dan itupun sering salah karena kesalahan petugasnya. Websitenya pun untuk cek nik saja tidak berfungsi jelas. Pelayanan wasap hanya robot yang cuma membuat form laporan.
Disdukcapil has the worst service in Indonesia. I can say this because I have handled various documents in several regencies and different provinces. This is where the slowest can go back and forth a few days. And even then, it is often the fault of the officers. Even the website just to check nik doesn't work clearly. Wasap services are only robots that only make report forms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended pelayanan online lebih cepat daripada manual . untuk tempat tunggu pengambilan ktp kurang nyaman . tempat parkir umum juga kurang nyaman , yang kelola parkir harusnya bersihin dan rapihkan area parkir
Recommended online service is faster than manual. for the place to wait for the ID card to be taken it is not comfortable. public parking spaces are also not comfortable, those who manage parking should clean and tidy up the parking area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya kesini untuk mutasi ktp (pindah kota) dari cimahi ke kab. majalengka. antrian ktp-nya bukan main, jam 7 sudah habis. jadi dari bada shubuh harus stand by, karena sehari dibatasi untuk 100 orang saja. Untungnya mertua dengan sigap, bantu ngantri nomor antrian dari pagi. Jazakumullahu khairan.
alhamdulillah sehari jadi, langsung di cetak. Tapi untuk update data KTP, kita harus menunggu beberapa hari, gak bisa update saat itu juga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya td nyampe jam 7.35 pagi, dapet antrian nomor 7, gak desek²an jg, sudah lumayan tertib, btw antriannya bs d ambil d pintu depan, dan mulai di panggil setelah jam 8 pagi
