★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantornya bersih. Pelayanan cukup baik karena petugasnya ramah-ramah. Namun sayangnya dokumen persyaratan untuk pengurusan tanah tidak jelas dipampang pada papan informasi. Sehingga kami mengalami beberapa kendala, surat kuasa yang tidak sesuai (karena tidak ada contoh baku), surat kuasa yang ternyata harus dilengkapi dengan tanda tangan lurah. Mungkin lebih baik dipampang jelas, contoh-contoh surat yang diperlukan, menghindari kesalahan bolak balik oleh yang mengurus.
The office is clean. The service is quite good because the officers are friendly. But unfortunately the documents for land management requirements are not clearly displayed on the information board. So we experienced a number of obstacles, a power of attorney that was not appropriate (because there were no standard examples), a power of attorney that turned out to be equipped with the signature of the village head. Maybe it is better to be shown clearly, examples of letters that are needed, to avoid mistakes back and forth by those who take care.
