★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very colorful and looks cute. The dome houses were built after the 2006 earthquake in Jogjakarta. There is a playground and kindergarden at the northside of the village. It's easy to go there, not so far away from Prambanan. A nice place for children and families, because this place is unique.

A product of an immediate need to provide housing for a community in Bantul affected by sinking land due to a major earthquake in 2006, the dome houses are extremely unique in Yograkarta.
The community has adapted, albeit through a long process, and is now using the community as a tourist destination which greatly benefits them. You have two packages available: tourism and historical. A new one, disaster education, is currently in development!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique house residence, colourful, quite clean. The entrance fee is 5000/person, park fee 2000 rupiah.
If you already reach this spot, you can go further to Teletubbies Hill. But the road to that hill very steep and quite dangerous, make sure your car / motorcycle in healthy condition, and not overloaded.
