Konsep awalnya perumahan dg skema non riba, jd bs cicil ke developer. Tp uang mukanya lumayan besar, 50% s/d 60% dr harga rumah yg antara 330jt - 440jt
Tp dimungkinkan kpr syariah via BNI Syariah dg Dp 10%. Bagusnya disini harga udh termasuk ppn, imb, ajb, pln, pdam, & bphtb. Cuma biaya akad kpr dg bank aja yg ga free.
Cukup dekat dg stasiun parung panjang, tp ya harus keluar kompleks utk sampai stasiun yg berjarak 700mtr dr cluster.
Blm dijelaskan ada fasilitas apa lagi disana nantinya selain akan dibangun masjid/mushola dlm cluster & taman

It is close enough to the long parung station, but it has to go out of the complex to get to the station which is 700 meters from the cluster.
No explanation what other facilities there will be later, besides being built mosques / prayer rooms in clusters & parks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang kasih bintang 5 paling marketingnya kalo gak yaaa karyawan2nya. Orang proyek mangkrak kok. Hati2 ya kawan. Di perumahan sekitarnya sudah ada perumahan yg lebih jelas developernya. Jangan sampai niat hati ingin punya rumah malah duit ludes. Hati2 sama yg namanya Achmad Samudra. Itu orang mulutnya manis tapi banyak bohongnya. Saya sudah tau semuanya dari pak Kamil anak buahnya. Saya cancel rumah disitu. Semoga tidak ada yg seperti saya.
The ones who give the most 5 stars for marketing are the employees. Project people are stalled. Be careful, friend. In the surrounding housing complexes there are already housing developers that are clearer. Do not let the heart's intention to have a house even money sold out. Be careful of the name Achmad Samudra. That person has a sweet mouth but lots of lies. I already know everything from Mr. Kamil his men. I canceled the house there. Hopefully there is no one like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perumahannya asri dan masih hijau, saat ini masih dalam tahap pembangunan, jalan masuk lebar dan muat 1 mobil, ke depannya bisa masuk 2 mobil. Perumahan Islami dengan sistem cluster yang rumahnya bernuansa minimalis sangat dekat dengan stasiun parung panjang, di depan perumahan ada sekolahan, dan hanya butuh waktu 5 menit ke stasiun parung panjang, pasar parung panjang, dan fasilitas kesehatan.
the housing is beautiful and still green, currently still under construction, the driveway is wide and fits 1 car, in the future it can enter 2 cars. Islamic housing with cluster system with minimalist nuance house very close to Parung Panjang Station, in front of housing there is a school, and only takes 5 minutes to Parung Panjang Station, Parung Panjang Market, and health facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kira, hanya Saya yg susah meminta uang balik, ternyata banyak juga, secara Gak langsung perumahan ini meminjam uang dgn saya, Karna kavling yg saya pilih belum Ada IMB ya namanya?! Dan Masih berupa kebun , tidak Ada tanda2 di bangun, Saya sempat datang melihat., Dari situ Saya putuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan , tapi uang Saya sepeserpun belum di kembalikan, hanya janji,"niat Baik" niat Baik".
Niat Baik mu akan Saya terima di akhirat.

Saudara Rio rama nujam telah lunas dibayar, komentar2nya yg negatif seharusnya dihapus.kalau tidak maka akan jadi dosa jariyah yg akan terus bertambah tanpa bisa dikurangi. Sementara hutang developernya telah dilunasi. Adapun kewajiban yg lain satu demi satu sedang diselesaikan. Ada yg sudah lunas, ada yg 50 % dan ada juga yg belum kendala cashflow yg belum cukup. Tulisan ini saya tulis agar informasi atas perumahan ini berimbang sebagai jawaban dari tulusan negatif diatas. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan dengan nilai prospek yang bagus, krn dikelilingi bbrp perumahan yg mulai ramai.
Transaksi dijamin aman, asalkan tidak langsung transaksi dgn developer, harus via BTN Syariah (kecuali mau cash keras), dan harus didampingi warga.
Saya adalah salah 1 konsumen di sini. dan yang disampaikan rekan2 yg lain di kolom komentar memang benar, bahwa developer perumahan ini memiliki masalah serius dgn manajemen keuangan yg sangat buruk.
tapi utk perumahannya sendiri cukup baik.
Lokasinya bagus, Perijinan lengkap, Surat-menyurat aman, bahkan SHGB & IMB nya jg sudah pecah per kavling.
Makanya kami beberapa warga di sini, kompromi & berinisiatif utk gotong-royong membantu menyelesaikan 1 per 1 unit rumah yg setengah jadi,
tujuannya agar bisa dijual, sehingga warga di sini semakin ramai.
Jadi kalau ada yang berminat, langsung datang saja ketemu dgn warga,
atau bisa ke saya, nanti saya kasih kontak pengurus di sana.
untuk surat-menyurat, jangan khawatir, dijamin aman,
yang penting transaksinya via bank, jangan secara pribadi

I am one of the customers here. and what others have said in the comments column is true, that this housing developer has serious problems with very poor financial management.
but for the housing itself is quite good.
The location is good, permits are complete, correspondence is safe, even the SHGB & IMB have also been broken per lot.
That's why we, some residents here, compromise and take the initiative to work together to help complete 1 by 1 housing unit that is half-finished,
the goal is to sell it, so that the people here are getting busier.
So if anyone is interested, just come and meet the residents.
