★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Developer untuk salah satu perumahan subsidi di Parung Panjang. Kualitas rumahnya tidak terlalu memuaskan. Tapi karena dekat dengan akses stasiun kereta api, peminatnya cukup banyak. Uang DP yang dibebankan jauh lebih mahal dibanding perumahan sederajat, dengan alasan bagian dapur sudah dibuatkan.
Sejak awal disebutkan bahwa area itu bebas banjir. Tapi kenyataannya, selama Januari - Mei 2020, total sudah 5 kali perumahan itu terkena banjir yang cukup parah. Berbagai upaya memang sudah dilakukan pihak developer sejak awal tahun, tapi hanya setengah-setengah. Belum ada keseriusan. Kualitas bangunan yang tidak bagus pun jadi semakin ringkih karena berulang kali terendam banjir.
Saran bagi para pembeli selanjutnya, datangi dulu perumahan-perumahan lain yang ada di bawah developer PT Tangguh Karya Persada agar bisa tahu jelas kualitas produknya dan kenyamanan warganya.
Review ini akan tetap bintang 1 selama developer belum melakukan aksi nyata untuk memenuhi janjinya mencegah banjir datang lagi.
Update: Sejauh ini, telah dibangun tanggul di beberapa titik bantaran sungai. Tapi genangan masih sering terjadi karena kualitas jalan paving block dan saluran air yang dibuat pengembang tidak efektif. Banjir pun masih datang meski tidak setinggi sebelumnya, tapi tetap saja air masuk ke rumah-rumah warga.

The quality of the buildings that are not good is even more fragile due to repeated flooding.
Suggestions for the next buyer, first go to other houses under the developer PT Tangguh Karya Persada so that they can clearly know the quality of their products and the comfort of their residents.
This review will remain 1 star as long as the developer has not taken real action to fulfill its promise to prevent floods from coming again.
Update: So far, embankments have been built at several points along the riverbank. But puddles still often occur because the quality of the paving block roads and waterways built by the developer is ineffective. Floods still come, although not as high as before, water still enters the residents' houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan Savana Alam Serpong 2 masih rusak jalannya, tembok belum dibangun, tolong TKP perhatikan ini. Buat yg mau ambil rumah pikir pikir dulu. Banjir juga sudah beberapa kali terjadi.
Review ini akan diubah kalau jalan sudah bagus, kalau bisa diaspal seperti puri harmoni
