★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terburuk. Memang udh buruk pelayanannya dari dulu. Cuma saya tahan aja. Udh kesekian kalinya saya diginiin saatnya saya kasih testi jujur!
1) Pelayanan jelek. Ga ramah. Apalagi utk shift malamnya berasa jutek bgtbgt, apa karna saya ganggu tidur kalian? Saya pasien lho. Yg tiap bulan bayar! Malah dikasih pelayanan begini
2) Dokter irit bicara, angkuh ga peduli sama penyakit yg diderita, cuma ditanya2 dikit, diliat bentar trus udh? Yaampun bener2 makan gaji buta. Trus giliran kitanya ngasih tau info rinci ttg penyakit kita sendiri malah dibilang "tau penyakit itu dr mana? Jgn menganalisa sendiri !" Lah kitanya yg sakit, yg alami makanya jd tau! yaudah makanya kasih penjelasan yg jelas dong!
3) Utk yg penyakit parah percuma gabisa masuk UGD KLINIK INI. Mending cari faskes lain deh. Drpd udh terlanjur ke klinik ini ujung2nya cuma ditangani yg umum.
Pdhl penyakitnya udh parah, minum obat ga mempan lg, cuma bisa ditangani scr darurat. Eh malah dikasih obat doang, mana obatnya yg super murah. Ga mempan! Udh brp kali minum obat gaada efek!
4) KITA BAYAR YA. GA GRATIS.
5) Memang cuma satpamnya aja yg ramah, selebihnya staff lain pd jutek!
6) Bubaran aja lah. Ga guna bgt asli.
Saran aja buat org2 yg liat testi ini, saya udh lama faskes disini, keluarga saya, sodara saya, pada dilayani dgn buruk! Serempak mau ganti faskes, biar org sakit ga makin sakit grgr klinik ini.
 Worst. Indeed, the service has been bad from the start. I just can't stand it. It's the umpteenth time that I've been turned down, it's time for me to give an honest testimony!
1) Poor service. Not friendly. Especially for the night shift, it feels really dirty, is it because I disturbed your sleep? I'm a patient. Pay every month! Even given this kind of service
2) The doctor is talkative, arrogant, doesn't care about the disease he is suffering from, just asks a few questions, looks at it for a while and then? Oh my gosh, I really eat blind salaries. Then it was our turn to give detailed information about our own disease, instead it was said "where did you know the disease came from? Don't analyze it yourself!" We are the ones who are sick, it's the natural thing, so we know! OK, so give me a clear explanation!
3) For those who are seriously ill, it's useless to enter the emergency room at this clinic. Better look for another health facility. Drpd has already been to this clinic in the end, only the general ones are treated.
Even though the disease is already severe, taking medicine doesn't work anymore, it can only be treated on an emergency basis. Eh even just given medicine, where is the super cheap medicine. It doesn't work! How many times have you taken medicine, no effect!
4) WE PAY YES. GA FREE.
5) It's only the security guards who are friendly, the rest of the staff is at jutek!
6) Just disperse. Really useless.
Just a suggestion for people who saw this testi, I've been here for a long time, my family, my friends, have been served badly! Simultaneously, I want to change health facilities, so that sick people don't get sicker, grgr this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RS cukup bagus, dan cukup ramai juga setiap beberapa kali terakhir mengunjungi kesini. Masuk menggunakan nomor antrean di bagian pendaftaran atau informasi. Menerima test covid juga.
The hospital is pretty good, and it's been pretty busy the last few times I've visited here. Enter using the queue number in the registration or information section. Received a covid test too.
