★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengalaman pertama kali keklinik ini utk admin ok banget ramah mbaknya. tp ngga banget dg dokternya yg kesannya galak jutek ngasih penjelasan kaya ngotot. gmn sy ga kesal stlh slsai kesannya kaya ngusir inget banget dg kata2nya. "dah sy ada pasien lain!"
First time experience at this clinic for admin is ok, very friendly, Ms. but not really with the doctor who seems to be grumpy in giving an explanation like he's insistent. How come I'm not upset after it's over, it seems like I really remember the words. "I have another patient!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padahal saya sering berobat disini, tapi baru kali ini kok sakit hati ya,, Swab awal ditanya "ada anak ga dirumah?" Saya jawab ga ada.
Malah diterusin, kok ga ada emang kemana anaknya.. Lah saya jawab "maksudnya?? Emang ga ada anak.."
Bayangin aja,, dia tanya lagi emang udah umur berapa. Saya kira udah punya anak..
Sumpah sakit hati banget. Kalo bisa teriak dimukanya gue teriak bener deh.
Mungkin kalo mbaknya baca dia bisa tau kalo ini tentang dia.. cuma gara2 kata-kata kaya gitu bisa bikin hati seseorang terluka mbak, pertanyaan sensitif kaya gitu ga usah diperpanjang lah.. saat orang dah bilang ga punya anak yaudah cukup ngapain pake ditanya emang umur berapa, dll.. kayanya hari ini terakhir ke klinik situ deh..

In fact, it's continued, how come there's no where is the child.. So I answered "what do you mean? There are no children.."
Just imagine, he asked again how old are you. I thought I had kids..
I swear it hurts so much. If I can scream in his face, I'll scream right.
Maybe if she reads it she'll know that it's about her.. just because words like that can hurt someone's heart, sis, sensitive questions like that don't need to be extended. How old are you, etc.. I think today is the last day to go to the clinic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adminnya ramah, perawatnya juga ramah & kompeten, apalagi Dokternya yg tenang & sangat kompeten. Ketemu waktu anak lagi sakit asma ketemu Dokter Putri yg menenangkan kami yg sedang panik karena anak sesak nafas karena asma & sempat muntah di klinik. Pokoknya recomended dah berobat ke klinik ini. Harga juga terjangkau & bisa BPJS
The admin is friendly, the nurses are also friendly & competent, especially the doctor who is calm & very competent. We met when the child was having asthma, we met Doctor Putri who calmed us down who was panicking because the child was short of breath due to asthma and had vomited at the clinic. Anyway, it's recommended to go to this clinic for treatment. The price is also affordable & can be BPJS
