★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik gada tatakrama nya, apalagi si bu dokter yg pakai kacamata idih songongnyaaaa, padahal gue disana berobat juga bayar kok tapi pelayanannya ecek ecek, dokter kok gada sopan santunnya ? pantes aja sekarang kliniknya sepih org pelayanannya begitu
 The clinic has no manners, moreover the doctor who wears glasses is really cute, even though I'm there to get treatment and pay too, but the service is just too cheap, the doctor is not polite ? just pantes now the clinic is so tired

Dari front office ditanya gak ada yang ngerti. Jawabnya aa uu aa uu.
Pelayan dokter juga buruk, pernah ibu saya fertigo udah gak kuat, saya minta pertolongan pertama gak digubris sama sekali. Malah ditanya jaminannya apa, saya jawab BPJS malah diketawain..wkwkwk.
Saya tantang pake uang pribadi, eh dokternya gak mau nolongin juga..ahaha.
Kan lucu attitude dokter begitu.
Yang ramah cuma dokter yang gemuk (gak tau namanya). Disaat pandemi ini berobat aja cuma tanya jawab, mending ke apotek.
Bad service.

The doctor's servants are also bad, once my mother was not strong enough, I asked for first aid, I didn't pay attention at all. In fact, I was asked what the guarantee was, I answered that BPJS was being preserved..wkwkwk.
I am challenged to use personal money, the doctor doesn't want to help either..ahaha.
It's funny that the doctor's attitude is like that.
The only friendly doctor is fat (I don't know his name). During this pandemic, just getting treatment is just a question and answer, it's better to go to a pharmacy.

Pas besoknnya gw baliik lgi kesitu ktemu dokter cwe pke krudung ktanya ank gw bukan DB, alhamdulillah lega bnget, cuma krn pengaruh panas ajah.
The doctor is a bitchy guy, as long as it's just a diagnosis, my son is called DB.
When I came back the next day, I met a female doctor with a hood, she said that my daughter wasn't a DB, thank God, I was very relieved, just because of the heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik yg super ga ramah dan ribet, dokter yg cowo etikanya kurang..minta rujukan aja susah bgt, padahal kita bayar bpjs pake duit sendiri, bukan duit klinik batara..semoga sehat semua ya, biar ga ngerasain jadi orang sakit yg tidak di hormati.
A super clinic that is not friendly and complicated, a doctor with a lack of etiquette.. Asking for a referral is really difficult, even though we pay for BPJS using our own money, not the Batara clinic's money.. I hope you are all healthy, so you don't feel like a sick person who is not respected .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama ke klinik ini, KECEWA karena pelayanan TIDAK RAMAH, dokternya tidak memeriksa dengan alasan sdg banyak case covid, Tapi prokesnya TIDAK KETAT ada penjual bakso yg ambil mangkok TIDAK PAKAI MASKER dibiarkan saja. Tidak sesuai lah dengan bayaran yg hampir sama dgn rumah sakit.
First experience at this clinic, DISAPPOINTED because the service was NOT FRIENDLY, the doctor didn't check on the grounds that there were a lot of covid cases, but the process was NOT STRICT. Not in accordance with the payment that is almost the same as the hospital.
