★ ★ ★ ★ ★ suami dari tempat kerjaan disuruh vaksin trus sebelum vaksin hrus tes rapid, masa hasilnya postif tapi gk diksih liat bukti hasilnya,, krna suami penasaran akhirnya cek ulang didokter dket" daerah rumah dan hasilnya negatif diksih jg buktinya,, sy ko jadi mikir jgn" klinik Pertamedika hanya mengada" hasil tes atau alat tes'a bekas orang trus diksih k'suami ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dapat vaksin Sinovac di klinik ini, tapi bagian administrasi mereka salah input nomor HP yang mengakibatkan saya tidak dapat sms untuk link sertifikat vaksin saya. Coba lewat aplikasi tidak bisa juga karena datanya tidak sesuai dengan data yang diinput dari klinik ini. Saya akhirnya kembali kesana untuk minta direvisi nomor HP saya tapi mereka tidak bersedia dan malah menyuruh menghubungi 119 kalau mau ganti nomor HP supaya smsnya terkirim. Yang salah input kan dari pihak klinik pertamedika sinabung, bukan 119 yang tidak mengirimkan sms. 119 kirim sms sesuai dengan nomor HP yang diinput. Kalau salah jangan lempar tanggung jawab yaa tapi diselesaikan, saat skr ini sertifikat vaksin itu sudah seperti KTP kebutuhannya untuk kelengkapan berkas. Dari kami ber 8 yang vaksin disini, cuma 3 yang berhasil dapat link sertifikatnya.. Sisanya salah input nomor HP bahkan ada yang tidak diiinput. Tolong perbaiki lagi pelayanannya, jangan sampai terus2an merugikan orang banyak!!!
I got the Sinovac vaccine at this clinic, but their administration department entered the wrong cellphone number which resulted in me not being able to text for my vaccine certificate link. Trying through the application can't also because the data does not match the data inputted from this clinic. I finally went back there to ask for my cellphone number to be revised but they were not willing and instead told me to call 119 if you wanted to change the cellphone number so that the sms was sent. The wrong input was from the Sinabung Pertamedika clinic, not 119 who did not send SMS. 119 send sms according to the entered mobile number. If it's wrong, don't throw the responsibility, but it will be resolved, at this time the vaccine certificate is like an ID card, which is needed for completeness of the file. Of the 8 of us who have been vaccinated here, only 3 have managed to get the certificate link. Please improve the service again, don't let it continue to harm people!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak saya usia 12 tahun mendapat jadwal vaksin covid 19 pertama tanggal 29 Juli 2021 pukul 13.00 wib sampai pukul 15.00 wib. Saya mendaftar online dan sudah mendapat nomer antrian. Saya dan anak saya datang sekitar pukul 13.30.wib. Saat tiba di Klinik Pertamedika ternyata ditolak oleh petugas yang bernama Bpk.Rizal dengan alasan tenaga medis yang bertugas hari itu hanya 1 orang. Terus terang saya sangat kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan di Klinik ini. Saat Pemerintah sedang gencar gencarnya meminta warganya untuk Vaksin Covid 19, anak saya di tolak Vaksin covid 19 di Klinik ini. Seharusnya pihak Klinik bisa memprediksi berapa orang yg akan datang berdasarkan pendaftaran online yang masuk dan sudah mempersiapkan tenaga medis yang bertugas. Saya kasih bintang 1 karena pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan sekali. Saya benar benar kapok untuk datang kembali ke klinik ini !!!
My child aged 12 years received the first COVID-19 vaccine schedule on July 29, 2021 at 13.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB. I registered online and already got a queue number. My son and I came around 13.30.wib. When he arrived at the Pertamedika Clinic, he was turned down by an officer named Mr. Rizal on the grounds that there was only 1 medical staff on duty that day. Frankly, I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. When the government was intensively asking its citizens for the Covid 19 vaccine, my child was refused the covid 19 vaccine at this clinic. The clinic should be able to predict how many people will come based on online registration and have prepared medical personnel on duty. I give 1 star because the service is very disappointing. I really gave up on coming back to this clinic!!!
