 It's a mess, the cimb branch has slow service, those who have money don't use queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kesini utk ambil kartu ATM baru saat jam makan siang. Pelayanannya sangat mengecewakan. Saya lebih banyak ditangani oleh OB sedangkan CS nya asik saja ngobrol urusan pribadi dengan nasabah sebelum saya yg urusan pokoknya sudah selesai. Setelah nasabah tersebut pergi CS pun menghilang dan kembali OB yg memberikan saya ATM dan mengurus pengaktifannya.
Nama besar dengan pelayanan tanpa standard atau entah standardnya tidak dijalankan oleh karyawannya. Sangat MENGECEWAKAN!
Come here to take a new ATM card at lunch time. The service is very disappointing. I dealt more with OB while CS was cool just chatting private matters with customers before I whose main business was finished. After the customer left the CS disappeared and returned OB who gave me an ATM and took care of the activation.
Big names with non-standard services or whether the standards are not run by their employees. Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Cimb Niaga plus ATMnya juga.. Selain suka ada brosur kadang di atm sini suka disediain amplop kosong. Cakeep.
Update September 2019: ada mesin ATM setor tunai
Bank Cimb Niaga plus the ATM too .. Besides liking there are brochures sometimes the atmosphere here is like an empty envelope. Cakeep.
September 2019 update: there is a cash deposit ATM machine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang benar aja kalau kerja lh woii gw cuma ganti kartu doang nungguin udh 4 jam malah yg baru dateng di duluan in gw no.535 sementara yg baru datang pake mobil no.antrian702 malah dia gk antir langsung ke cs alasan lu apa ? Karna itu org banyak duit nya ? Baru kali ini ketemu cabang yg kerja lemot dan milih² orang

Ke bank nya langsung ternyata sepi tapi teller dan CS nya lemot
Mungking karena terbiasa dengan nasabah sepi jadi semua tidak punya sense of urgency untuk pelayanan nasabah.
Head teller juga cuek.
Iklan nya doang yang gencar tapi pelayanan tidak ditingkatkan, pantes aja sepi di semua cabang, padahal kantor nya semua lebih gede dan lebih nyaman dari BCA.

Going to the bank immediately turned out to be quiet but the teller and CS were slow
Maybe because they are used to having quiet customers, everyone doesn't have a sense of urgency for customer service.
The head teller is also indifferent.
The advertisements are only intense but the service is not improved, it's no wonder it's quiet in all branches, even though the offices are all bigger and more comfortable than BCA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya nasabah lama disini ya memang jarang ada urusan ke bank sih dan biasanya cuma ke atm ambil dan setor uang aja. Kmaren kesini mau rubah alamat email kartu kredit dn bener ajaa dikasih no antrian dah 1 jam nunggu. Tetiba ada org yg emg keliatannya berduit duduk bentar langsung dipanggil ke cs nya. Bener" kecewa dan akhirnya pulang aja lah dah sakit hati nunggu nya.
I'm an old customer here, so I rarely go to the bank and usually just go to the ATM to take and deposit money. Yesterday, I wanted to change my credit card email address and it was true that I was given a queue number, I've been waiting for 1 hour. Suddenly there are people who seem to have money sitting for a while and are immediately called to their cs. Really disappointed and finally just go home already hurt waiting for it.
