★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah nyerahin berkas untuk pencairan blt umkm dan diinfokan security 1-3hari dihubungi skg udh 2 mggu gak ada kabar. Mo kesana males bgt kl jawabannya cm disuruh tunggu dan tunggu.
 Already submitted the files for disbursement of umkm and notified security 1-3 days, contacted now 2 weeks, no news. Mo there, lazy, really, the answer is cm told to wait and wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ini lama banget antrinya...nasabah segitu banyaknya punya CS cuma 1... antri dari jam 9 sampe jam 11 belum dipanggil juga padahal antrianya cuma 2-3 orang doang...pelayanannya lama banget
This oath takes a long time to line up ... so many customers have CS, only 1 ... queuing from 9 to 11 o'clock hasn't been called yet even though the queue is only 2-3 people ... the service is really long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya kurang sopan sumpah tidak sperti bank bca yang begitu ramai antri di no 57 tpi gak sampai 30 menit ini antri no 2 nunggu 3 jam blm di panggil udah gitu pelayananya gak memuaskan jutek amat
The service is not polite, I swear it's not like the BCA bank, which is so busy queuing at number 57, but it's not even 30 minutes waiting in line for number 2, waiting for 3 hours, haven't been called, already, the service is not very satisfying

Saya tanya lagi bagian custumer service meja no 2, hari Kamis, 27 Januari 2022, culas,tidak sopan, tidak ramah.. saya ini nasabah anda. Saya cuma minta kepastian ATM anak saya kapan jadi . Tolong ?? perbaiki ya. Semoga mbaknya baik2 sja ya.
Very disappointed. My son's ATM from 21 Dec 2021, 27 January 2022, not finished yet. I came ty. The answer is uncertain. I asked again the customer service desk number 2, Thursday, January 27, 2022, dishonest, disrespectful, unfriendly... I am your customer. I just want to confirm when my child's ATM will be ready. Please ?? fix it. I hope she's okay.
