Setelah selesai 1 customer, tidak langsung melayani customer berikutnya, tapi berleha2 santai jalan sana sni pakai gerak slow motion bak model fashion show. Mengecewakan...
 CS work is very slow. As long as I queued for more than 1 hour, 4 CS officers only managed to serve 5 customers. It's not just slow work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong pelayanan nya di perbaiki, terutama komunikasi, blm sampai 2 bulan pengajuan kartu atm bilangnya sudah di musnahkan, alasannya sudah mencoba menghubungi ke nomor telpon yg di cantumkan berkali kali tapi tidak di angkat, padahal gak ada telpon masuk sama sekali, boleh di cek riwayat telpon di hp saya kalau mau, kalau memang belum di ajukan, jujur saja gapapa saya tunggu 1 bulan lagi, tpi kalau di bohongi seperti ini kan jadi males yaa , saya minta nomor yg bisa di hubungi gak kasih, trus gimana dong saya gak bisa ngehubungin bank nya bank nya gak bisa hubungi saya, dan tidak ada solusi selain menunggu 1 bulan yang blum pasti tidak mengecewakan seperti sebelum nya ?? yukkk BNI bisa lebih baik lagi, terutama cabang pinangsia ini, cabang lain baik baik aja ko komunikasi nya bagus ??

Please improve the service, especially communication, it hasn't been 2 months when the atm card application said it had been destroyed, the reason was that I tried to contact the phone number listed many times but it wasn't picked up, even though there was no incoming call at all, you can check history call on my cellphone if you want, if it hasn't been submitted, honestly it's okay I wait 1 more month, but if you are lied to like this, you will be lazy, I asked for a number that can be contacted, you don't give it, then how can I not contact you the bank the bank can't contact me, and there is no solution other than waiting for 1 month which hasn't been as disappointing as before yukkk BNI can be even better, especially this Pinangsia branch, other branches are fine, how come the communication is good ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru saja ngalamin a worst banking experience here. kunjungan pertama CS ga bisa layanin karna lagi offline yang entah sampai kapan. Balik lagi hari kedua antrian panjang, CS ga bisa layani. Ke teller untuk narik duit harus pake kartu atm. padahal saya mo ke CS karna masalah kartu. disarankan mobile banking, padahal untuk aktivasi mobile banking juga tetap harus lewat CS. Aneh aja di masa perbankan contactless malah jadi kayak ketinggalan zaman begini. Dan ini tahun 2022 loh.
Just had a worst banking experience here. CS's first visit couldn't serve because it was offline, who knows how long. Back again, the second day the queue was long, CS couldn't serve. To the teller to withdraw money, you have to use an atm card. even though I want to go to CS because of a card problem. mobile banking is recommended, even though for mobile banking activation you still have to go through CS. It's strange that in the era of contactless banking, it seems like it's out of date like this. And it's 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang lagi butuh ke bank bni bisa ke sini deket lokasinya sama jalan tol juga , deket pom bensin deket hypermarket lokasinya strategis cukup memudahkan dan juga ada di kawasan niaga parkir mobil atau pun motor juga mudah dan terlihat ada mesin atmnya juga membantu yang lagi butuh transaksi transfer atau ambil uang cashnya mudah mudahan membantu ulasannya teman teman sekalian

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tulisan ny tutup jam 4 sore,tp dtg jam setengah 3 kurang 5 menit bt aktifn mbangkin udh d tolak sm security ny alsn ny CS ny cm 1 dsruh dtg lg bsk buang waktu bgt,pdhl dtg mepet krn sebelum ny dr bank bni cabang palem semi yg tutup,sm securty dsna d arahin bt ksni. Bolak blk ga ada hasil
