Sumpah palayanan y lama, 1 nasaba di cs ja bs 1 jam.
Ngk tau apa yg di kerjain.
Gw bikin di rekening lain gk sampe selama ini.
Kecawa sama palayanan y

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lemot , buruk .. klo kg penting bgt ogah ke sini? .. jgn da yg ke sini ntr nyesel nggu nya lama , antri berjam2 !!!!! Cs nya krjany lama!!
The service is slow, bad.. if it's important, don't come here .. don't come here and regret the long wait, queue for hours!!!!! The cs are so old!!

The service was very bad at the teller, only 1 person in the long queue of the custoner service was slow in serving very, very old cs in queuing for bad luck (KAPOK)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas masuk bank, udah disapa sama satpam/OB yang ramah, petugas tellernya juga cepet dalam melayani transaksi, keliatannya juga CS handal dan cepet ngelayanin nasabahnya
When I entered the bank, I was greeted by a friendly security guard/OB, the teller staff was also fast in serving transactions, it seemed that CS was also reliable and fast in serving its customers

MENUNGGU LAMA ITU HAL YANG PALING MENYEBALKAN DAN MEMBOSANKAN. Ini kalau bukan karna kebijakan dari Perusahaan harus membuka Rekening di Bank CIMB Niaga. Males pake Banget jalan ke Bank ini. Dari Reviewnya aja rata rata semua Cabang Pelayanannya BURUK. ?? Udah kebayang bakalan nunggu berapa tahun ini hanya untuk buka Rekening Baru. ? Bukannya ada Standardnya ya dalam melayani satu Customer itu paling lama berapa menit.
Wow, every time I read the CIMB Niaga Branch Review, how come all of them have bad service, because of the long service. So lazy to go to the bank. THE LONG WAITING IS THE MOST ANNOYING AND BORING THING. If it wasn't for the policy of the Company, you would have to open an account at Bank CIMB Niaga. Too lazy to use it to go to this bank. From the review, on average, all the Service Branches are BAD. Can you imagine how many years you will wait just to open a new account. Isn't there a standard, how many minutes does it take to serve one customer?
