★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurangnya sosialisasi ke nasabah KALAU ada peraturan khusus selama pandemi Covid yaitu MENDAFTAR nomor antrian jam 06.00-07.30 dan MENGAMBIL nomor antrian jam 07.30-09.00 dan pelayanan HANYA sampai per 50 nomor saja
 Lack of socialization to customers IF there are special regulations during the Covid pandemic, namely REGISTERING a queue number at 06.00-07.30 and TAKING a queue number at 07.30-09.00 and service is ONLY up to 50 numbers.

Mending cari cabang lain deh.
The service is very long, the teller is not friendly.
Better find another branch.

Old service, there are 2 CS on duty. It takes more than 20 minutes to serve 1 customer.

The customer is in line, told to wait outside but there are no chairs, where is the wait for hours, do we have a posse?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lambat berjam jam. Untuk securitynya sangat tidak kompeten saya datang pagi dikasi nomor antrian 9 stelah antri 3 jam lebih ada yg baru datang diberi nmr antrian 6 7 dan 8 .. tolong ditingkatkan lagi untuk service nya .
Service is very slow for hours. For security, it is very incompetent, I came in the morning given queue number 9 after queuing for more than 3 hours someone just arrived given queue number 6 7 and 8 ... please improve again for the service.
