★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heran sama yang kasih rating jelek. Barusan ke sini enak banget kok. Satpam ramah pegawai ramah. Walaupun harus antri lama buat ganti kartu tapi ya emang harus pada ganti kartu ya antri lama. Tapi ga ada masalah sih. Bagus kok pelayanannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah, sesuai protokol kesehatan juga. Kalau mau nggak tunggu lama harus ambil nomor dari pagi terutama yang mau untuk customer service. Waktu itu hampir jam setengah sepuluh udah dapet antrian nomor 59, dipanggil masuk sekitar jam 1an. Tempat nunggu di luar terbatas. Waktu itu ganti kartu ATM tapi nggak disuruh milih, tiba-tiba dikasih kartu GPN, padahal sebenarnya pengen yang visa, disuruh milihnya waktu itu cuma silver apa gold aja ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nya ramah, baik, cuman teller nya kurang ramah, pernah saya duluan antriannya tapi yg di duluin suruh bapak² yg dibelakang saya dulu, udah 2 kali saya di gituin, padahal saya udah langganan kalo misalnya gara² slyp Bank nya byk itu kan udah tugas mereka, Toh mereka juga di gaji kan?
