★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon di evaluasi lagi manajemen jam atau apalah nya, karna saat antri cs jam 1-2 sangaaaaaaat lemottttt....
Padahal itu jam orang kantor bisa mengurus urusan Bank pada saat jam istirahat. Saya antri 2 orang sudah 1 jam.
 Please re-evaluate your hours management or whatever, because when queued cs 1-2 hours sooooooooooo ....
Even though the office hours can take care of bank affairs during recess. I queued 2 people for 1 hour.

Saya mengajukan pengaduan dikarenakan saya melaukan tarik tunai di ATM tapi uang tidak keluar,saya sudah mengurus sejak tgl 19 Juli , cs menyapaikan akan kembali uang ke rekening saya 14 hari paling lambat , tetapi sampai sekarang uang saya tidak kembali,
Di telpon juga tidak ada respon,
Saya sangat kecewa sekali.
Service is slow and unsatisfactory
I filed a complaint because I made a cash withdrawal at the ATM but the money did not come out, I have managed since July 19, the CS said that I would return the money to my account 14 days at the latest, but until now my money has not returned,
There was also no response on the call,
I am very disappointed.

Yang perlu diimprove mungkin tempatnya masih kurang luas.
CS and Security are very friendly and helpful in helping customers.
What needs to be improved may be that the space is still small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan makin buruk, 2 kali datang ditolak dgn alasan antrian sudah overload dan CS nya cuma 1 org, pdhl sudah dibela2in ijin keluar kantor. Kesempatan ke-3 mau tutup rekening sj, pindah bank sebelah
The service got worse, 2 times came it was refused on the grounds that the queue was overloaded and the CS was only 1 person, even though a permit had been issued to leave the office. The 3rd chance is to close your SJ account, move the next bank

CS services are unclear and unsatisfactory for quite a long time being wasted even though the queue is not. After being reprimanded by the new security guard, CS calls the queue. Fortunately there is a security guard who can handle it
