★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat sy Pelayanannya mengecewakan sekali. Yang duluan datang dilewat, disuru tunggu hampir sejam setelah cuci rambut mau potong rambut. Taunya karena ada yang baru datang ditangani duluan. So bad. :(
For me, the service was very disappointing. The first who came by, was waited for almost an hour after washing hair to get a haircut. He only knew because someone had just come in first. So bad. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya lumayan. Tapi saya kecewa dengan ombre rambut. Begitu di keramasin warna rambut nya udah pudar. Padahal baru 5 hari.. Udah Bayar mahal tapi warna nya gak sesuai yang di ingin kan.
The service is OK. But I am disappointed with Ombre Hair. Once in the shampoo the hair color has faded. Even though it's only been 5 days ... It's already expensive to pay but the color isn't what you want.

2 kali istri saya men cat rambut. Hasil selalu berbeda dgn warna yg dipilih pd wkt awal.
Di cat ulang tp kami 2x dirugikan wkt.
Very disappointing .......
2 times my wife dyed her hair. The result always differs from the color selected in the initial setting.
Repainted but we suffered 2x time.

Beberapa waktu yg lalu juga pernah ngalamin sendiri, terlalu pendek
Kali ini antar anak dan istri
Anak mau MOS di daerah smpk di kelapa gading nanti hari rabu
Sabtu, 30 juni 2018 siang antar mereka ke salon christopher di kawasan lottemart, jl. Boulevard barat, kelapa gading, jakarta utara.
Saya request sesuai pesanan utk MOS 1 - 2 - 1, pinggir itu 1cm, dan di tengah atas 2cm.
Dan saya tegaskan lagi 2cm.
Langsung eksekusi, ternyata menggunakan clip nomor 2
Apakah ini yg dinamakan panjang cuman 2cm ?(foto terlampir dr samping dan belakang)
Tlg dinilai sendiri
Kali ini puncaknya bener2 kecewa
Dan petugas yg memotong tidak merasa bersalah
Semoga berbenah
Dan segera belajar
Selama ini saya ga masalah, saya anggap wajar, tp kali ini uda kelewat, makanya saya review disini
Tempatnya cukupan agak besar dan ga terlalu bersih ataipun ga terlalu jorok
Petugas kebersihannya juga ada
Banyak tempat utk potong dan tindakan, termasuk meni-pedi, serta refleksi
Harga uda ga terlalu murah lagi.
Berada di lingkungan lottemart grosir dan retail di kawasan kelapa gading, membuat nya lebih strategis.
Di kawasan inj banyak juga fasilitasnya, selain supermarket lotte, ada tempat makan, makanan ringan dan minum, serta tempat promosi kendaraan dan lainnya.
Sayang sangat disayangkan spt itu keadaan nya..
