β β β β β I come here because I want to redeem my BNI credit card point reward (through purchasing/shopping). The redeem system is not as good as other banks; you can't redeem all points you have. Only half of the amount of your total purchase can be redeemed using point reward.

β β β β β It's good experience, in store and billing staff is good and helpful.... but the information desk and customer service guys are not good..they are busy on their phones and does not hear what customer say...have to repeat 3-4 times just to make them see you and listen to you....

β β β β β LOTTE Kelapa Gading Wholesale.
This place is a LOTTE wholesale market, a business group from Korea. As a wholesale business, whatever is sold there must be purchased in the form of a minimum per dozen, per gross or per set, unless large items can be purchased individually.
The goods sold are arranged in large and long shelves as you enter a large warehouse and goods are arranged there, in contrast to supermarkets that look more beautiful and neat. To bring your groceries they provide a large trolley.
Although not as comfortable as shopping at supermarkets in general, but has added value in the form of selling prices of goods generally cheaper than other places.
To shop at this place you must first become a member and get a maroon or gray shopping card that must be shown when you check out and pay for your groceries.

β β β β β the employee was extremely slow, and when my dad complain about it they said "well sorry not sorry but we don't have break time sooo" and kept on making us irritated. honestly the most stressful shopping there, the security didn't check our receipt when we got out. we needed to figure it all ourselves. but the parking was free and the OUTSIDE securities are nice and helped us move our stuffs to our cars. but the cashier employee?!!! ??? (sorry if u don't understand english, i type in English when im angry :/)

β β β β β Lotte Mart Kelapa Gading is a big hypermarket origin from South Korea. I have been in Lotte Mart in Seoul before. Δ°t was quite similar in Jakarta also. You can find any kind of products in Lotte stores from technology to grocery, meat products and so on. You will see a lot of South Korean products in the store as well. Samsung technology part is great area to have a quick look. Pocky chocolate sticks from South Korea is also so delicious. Other than products, working staffs are quite friendly like most other Indonesian people. Prices are quite cheap if you buy wholesale. Δ°t's highly recommended place to visit regularly for shopping.
