They obv not the expert. How cud u use not hot sugar for waxing??? The work in unprofesional, so long, so painful. And nge wax nya ga sampe bersih.. obviously un-fit to be a wax place. I hv go to another waxing place to re-do it.Yet there was no sorry from the staff.. obviously a great waste of money and time. Not recomended and obviously I will never come back. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived at the salon for my morning appointment I was the only customer there but received no greetings at all from the mba2. They didn't ask me how thick I'd like the lashes to be or the type of curl I'd want. I was only shown examples of the lash styles (cat eyes, doll eyes, etc.). During the treatment they did NOT use the eyepatch under my eyes that is supposedly included in the treatment, instead they used TAPE which was uncomfortable and hurts ALOT when they peeled it off. The results were too thick and unnatural. My eyes are sensitive so they felt uncomfortable and heavy. They also claimed to provide FREE snacks, application of serum and coating eyelash, but I received none of that (not even an offer for Aqua gelas). Overall the service was HORRIBLE. All of this could have been avoided with a more thorough consultation (which was nonexistent) before the treatment. I wasted my money and ended up removing the lash extensions the next day. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nails done here and they ara beautiful! My therapist really did her job well. The price is reasonable (I mean, removing extensions, applying the new set of extensions, nail art, nail charms) and surprised at the bill which is more competitive and reasonable than other stores around. I will definitely come back and will try the lashes as well ??♀️. Thanks!
