★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One morning I went with a friend for a coffee here. On the menu there were manual brew options (drip, french-press, and the likes) when I inquire of those options the barrista said none are available. She said those equipments have no filter, missing some parts, etc and serves only as decorative.
In the end, we had to resort to two cups of Americanos. The aroma was somewhat charcoally, sign of a dark roast, not a roast that I appreciate for Arabicas. The body is strong, so strong, I thought I'm having an espresso. The strength is the courtesy of a cup inadequate enough to have a proper Americano. The force is strong on this one...
Why? Why such a service? Why such product? What's the reason for these? Only the flies swarming nearby knows...
