Gak pernah ngecewain tiap dateng ke salon bunda, dulu selalu dateng yg di pramuka. Sekarang lebih sering dateng ke cabang sentiong. Murah tapi gak murahan.

kemarin nyatok di salon bunda gak memuaskan hasilnya, biasa kalo nyatok dibunda bisa tahan 2/3hari tapi ini nggak, baru 3 jam udah gelombang lagi. Apa karna bunda nya gak ada jadi pegawai nya semaunya aja? Gk memuaskan.!

Halo, Bunda. Aku sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan karyawan Bunda yg gak mau pakai masker di masa pandemi ini. Awal Juli lalu, aku datang mau potong rambut, aku minta kakak2 yg ada di situ untuk pakai masker. Ternyata dia menolak dan jadi jutek bilang ke aku: "Kalau gak mau dipotong ya sudah! Aku gak mau pakai masker." Akhirnya aku pulang dengan kecewa atas perlakuan kakak2 itu. Helllooo, kok arogan ya??? Pelanggan digituin. Padahal pakai masker itu udah standar prokes, lho. Harusnya gak perlu diminta kalian sadar diri. Aku minta kalian pakai masker juga bukan buat ngelindungin diri aku aja, tapi buat kalian juga. Kalian gak tahu kan aku habis kontak sama siapa aja? Keluargaku ada yg baru meninggal krn Covid dn kalian diminta pakai masker aja membangkang, rasanya pengen gue keramasin aja. Tahu gak sih kalian, di bulan Juli itu kasus Covid lagi muncak banget. Di Matraman sendiri aku yakin kalian pasti sering denger ambulance mondar mandir. Tolong mikir!! Aku yakin kalian kebal kagak, tapi bebal. Padahal aku tuh dari dulu sejak tahun 2017 selalu ke Bunda. Mulai dari potong poni doang, cat rambut sampai potong selalu ke sini. Walaupun hasilnya gak sebagus kalau Bunda yang pegang. Malah pernah satu kali highlight hasilnya ngawur banget. Akhirnya rambutku kusemir hitam lagi. Tolong lebih profesional dong customer. Karena udah kecewa banget aku gak akan ke Bunda lagi. Kecewa banget banget.

I'm sure you guys are invulnerable, but stupid. Even though I've always been to Mother since 2017. Starting from just cutting bangs, coloring hair to cutting, always come here. Although the results are not as good as if you hold it. In fact, once highlighting the results were very inconsequential. I finally got my hair black again. Please be more professional, customer. Halo Bunda. Maaf sebelumnya, aku udah 4 tahun selalu smoothing di bunda dan tidak pernah mengecewakan. Baruu 3 hari yang lalu aku ngerasa kecewa. Biasanya rambutku di smoothing 200rb kemarin 250rb. Okei, aku ga masalah kenaikan harga itu karna kemarin alasannya rambutku bagian bawahnya berwarna Sekarang, rambutku yang bewarna rambutnya kasar, kusut dan warnanya juga pudar. Padahal saya sudah keramas dan di kasih conditioner. Alhasil tetap kusut dan kasar, akhirnya aku potong rambutku yang bagian belakang dan bikin saya sangat malu. Kecewa saya tambah ketika rokok saya diminta sama salah satu pegawai di sana. Memang hanya 2 batang rokok aja, tetapi sampai saya mau pulangpun diminta. Maaf ya bunda sebelumnya. Saya cukup kecewa.

Kecewa banget sama pelayanan salon bunda yang di Mantraman. Ada 1 karyawan yang sangat tidak profesional dan kalau gk ada bunda, kerjanya jadi ngawur. Karyawan yg 1 itu jutek banget dan kasar. Ketika nyuci dan ngeringin rambut, rambut saya ditarik kasar banget. Nyatok juga ngasal, rambut belum kering tapi udah dicatok dan hasilnya seperti gak dicatok. Beberapa kali dipegang sama karyawan ibu2 itu dan selalu perlakuannya begitu. Buru2 biar cepat selesai dan kasar banget. Pernah ketika rambut lagi dicuci, belum basah semua rambut, sudah dikasih shampoo. Itupun bagian bawah rambut gak dibilas. Ketika ditegur, malah marah dan dijutekin. Sebaiknya diajarkan lagi karyawannya udah lebih sopan dan ramah bun Belum lagi ketika lagi melayani pelanggan, sering banget pelanggan ditinggal dan diabaikan karna asik ngobrol dengan karyawan yg lain Kecewa banget dan maaf gak bakal balik ke bunda
