★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, cukup luas dan lengkap. Pelayanannya bagus, ramah, telaten. Hasil potongan rambutnya sesuai yg diinginkan, creambath juga enak?? Tempatnya sangat recommended utk muslimah yg butuh privasi dan tidak campur dgn yg bukan mahrom. Next insyaallah balik lagi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jika anda ingin coba-coba mencari salon muslimah, lebih baik CARI SALON LAIN karena memang separah itu pelayanannya.
- AC panas, sampe keringetan. ada ac portable, tapi itupun juga gak membantu, karena mesinnya udah tua + gak terawat. jadi ga membantu.
- harga yang ada di katalog dan kenyataannya berbeda (di katalog ada harga paket, namun kenyatannya harga tersebut dipecah per masing2 service. misal: harga paket untuk totok wajah + facial (100). nah ini kenyataannya customer bayar 85 + 85 = 170. harga paket ngga berlaku.)
- staff cuma 1 (merangkap jadi administrasi + yang melayani customer)
- staff ngga bisa nulis katanya, jadi customernya yang disuruh nulis di nota.
- staff / orang yang melayani menurut saya ngga kompeten, karena pemijatannya cenderung hanya menggunakan kekuatan pijat, bukan yang bener2 tahu ilmu pijat
notes to owner > kalo emang mau bisnis, tolong yang niat, cari staff yang bener2 tau ilmunya. jangan asal buka bisnis, tapi akhirnya SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN customer.
If you want to try to find a Muslim salon, it's better to FIND ANOTHER SALON because the service is that bad.
- AC is hot, until it's dry. there is a portable ac, but even then it doesn't help, because the engine is old + not maintained. so it doesn't help.
- the prices in the catalog and the reality are different (the catalog has package prices, but in reality the prices are broken down per each service. For example: the price for a full-blooded face + facial (100). Now, in reality, the customer pays 85 + 85 = 170. the price package not valid.)
- only 1 staff (concurrently as administration + serving customers)
- The staff can't write down the words, so the customer is asked to write it on the note.
- the staff / people who serve in my opinion are not competent, because the massage tends to only use the power of massage, not those who really know the science of massage
notes to owner > if you really want to do business, please those with the intention, look for staff who really know their knowledge. don't just open a business, but in the end it's VERY DISAPPOINTING to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not recommended. Dirty place. Unprofessional staffs. Very disappointed. You pay for pedicure IDR 75000 for nothing, not even a glossy nail! For you owner when you read this please do train your employee how to do a pedicure. Before and after were no difference. You as owner, please try your own service! If there is zero star, I will give zero star for this service. This is my very first time give one star rating you can check!
