pertama kali potong disini sebenarnya rapih sama pegawainya yg cowok, trus kemarin kesini lagi pas motong beda banget hasilnya (udah saya kasi foto sebagai sample) ga rapih pendek sebelah pegawainya ceweknya (mba anis) tolong ya lebih baik lagi pelayanannya, terima kadih

Padahal seblmnya pernah kesini hasil nya gapernah ngecewain pas dipotong, tpi pas kmrn kesini untuk warnain rambut haightled hasil nya gabagus , seharus nya di blkng nya juga di haightled tpi malah di bagian atas dan kanan kiri doang belakang nya ngga ,jd jlk bngt ,, dan warnanya keterangan bngt , pas saya mau gelapin tapi orang salon nya nolak padahal saya nambah uang gpp, lain x harus di tingkatin kualitas nya , dan di tingkatin kenyamanan customer nya

Pada saat pertama kali saya ke sini untuk potong rambut, pelayanannya sangat memuaskan. Potongan rambutnya rapih, rambut saya dipotong oleh salah satu pegawai laki-laki. Lalu saya datang lagi untuk cream bath dan potong, karena saya pikir saya akan mendapatkan pelayanan yang sama. Tapi yang saya dapat justru sebaliknya. Saat cuci rambut, saya sering kali ditinggal, dan pegawai yang mengerjakan rambut saya malah ngobrol dengan pegawai yang lain. Pada saat cream bath pun begitu. Saat potong rambut, rambut saya sepertinya dipotong oleh pemilik salon, karena beberapa pegawai memanggil beliau "ibu". Beliau sering kali memotong rambut sambil berbicara dengan orang lain, tapi saya santai saja, karena saya pikir beliau sudah berpengalaman. Setelah rambut saya selesai dipotong, saya buru-buru membayar agar cepat pulang ke rumah karena suasana salon mulai ramai. Setelah saya periksa, ternyata potongan rambut saya tidak rata. Saya agak kecewa, mohon diperhatikan pelayanannya agar ketidakpuasan pelanggan tidak terjadi lagi??
