- Smelly sheets
- Smelly and dirty bathroom
- Check the food utensils, some of them smells Rat Piss (I am serious)
- No hot water
- Food are not well covered, flies everywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is confusing. The banner says they have restaurant,but when get in there's no restaurant. The guy just told us is for Villa visitor only. We try to make an order but the waiter didn't tell us they don't have food on the first place,the waiter is just sit there and do nothing. So we decided to leave the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good view. Decent room (a little bit dirty for me, iam in deluxe double balcony) and food, place is far from cafe and family restaurant, a lot of street food nearby, hospitality is nice, amazingly friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities are not full, whenever I came in ramadhan ao the wouldn't open the restaurant, the room are old design, but pool is very clean this was I like for. Situation are quite enough. Overal good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price super expensive, I don't know maybe because weekend. But we are very dissapointed, the door key is not working, and they have no spare to fix it. ☹.
Sleeper shoes they told that every room will get two. In fact if we didn't asked they didn't give it to us. Towel in front of bathroom, we also have to asked them if not therr will be no towel in front of bathroom.
As for breakfast also very dissapointed. They told that breakfast will be ready at 7.30. But around 8 when we arrive at breakfast area. All food seems empty. When we asked them to refill for the egg or noodle, they said it already all. So we eat only the rest that they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time I stayed at hotel which has no window at all in the room :(
I stayed on 3rd floor. They have no lift, only stairs.
They didn't give me a doormat and no tissue paper in toilet :'(
I asked for towel every one hour since I checked in, they said haven't ready yet. Then they give me the towel at 6 pm. To be honest, I really disappointed. But they have a big love garland. It's quite nice.
