★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good. The wifi doesn't work. The AC unable to cool the entire room. Each bed only got one small pillow and they will charge you another 15 k IDR Per night per extra pillow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is ok, its my first experience visit here. The location near highway exit and easy to find food near here. The room so big, i like it. The cleanliness ok, though theres some dirty spot on the duvet. The pool actually very nice, but the water cleanliness need to be improved. The breakfast are standard. Overall its ok. Pretty recommended for you and family enjoying your weekend holiday here. Have a nice vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family had a good time in this hotel. The swimming pool right in the front of the room is a good trademark. We could sit down and eat while watching the kids swim. The single bed is amazingly big, 140cm

Children's holidays are fun and satisfied because the rooms are directly in front of the swimming pool. breakfast is quite complete and delicious, especially the marrow porridge. this hotel is suitable for family vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice family resort hotel nestling amidst of a well kept green garden. Received warm & courteous hospitality from the staffs. Spacious & clean room directly facing the swimming pool. Luckily got 3 adjecent rooms where two of them with connecting door. Flavorsome dinner with BBQ. Alhamdulillah we had a great time staying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel neo is a great find up in Sentul. We stayed in the family suite and were surprised at how spacious it is. There is a microwave and fridge so we will be more prepared for our next stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is lovely. Our plan was to go trekking and the hotel provided a very complete packed breakfast for us. We haven't tried the pool yet but there is still time, everyone who is in the pool seems to be loving it. The hotel is also within a very short walk to lots of different restaurants - there is something for every taste!
