★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not stay, but spent the night at Batara Resto. Some items are pricey, but the ones we ordered were good. And thanks to Mbak Putri Condro who served us. Very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really expect management hotel can put more attention on preparing thing before guest coming. I'm coming with family and my kids keep complaining so hot and humid.
Had call receptionist more than 10x with external number and room number. But no one pickup
Even Aston Sentul don't have backup room when one of the room having trouble. Either saying technician will come (which we fup never come) and ask us to wait while they check posaibility / preparing another room
This is the worst service i've seen from such big name hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm, the room is neat. It has a balcony, very good view. The hotel supposed to have a clean air but no it doesn't. There are so many construction going causing the air and even the room to be dusty.
The services is good, dinner is neat too especially when there are many people.
And last, the location is toooo faaaaaar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend time for family moments. Several notes for improvements:
1. have a smaller extra bed;
2. make sure your staff is present at every stall in the breakfast venue;
3. make sure your staff picks up the phone :)
Your hotel triumphs location and your breakfast, lobby and swimming pool are so charming as they face the beautiful mountain view. Your hotel is also family friendly as you provide playground for kids even swans around the lake.
Special thanks to your staff, Indra and Fiona from front office who are so friendly and being such good ears when we give our feedback.
Deffo, will come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our children had fun experiences, feeding rabbits, geese, boat rides, playing on the playground. The swimming pool also very nice and large, the water keeps flowing. Breakfast and lunch provided are delicious and lot of variety. The Salak mountain view from the balcony was amazing, but unfortunately the parking area access was difficult, especially if you want to go out, it was cramp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice mountain view for nice vacation. We love the lake view with the swans swim around the lake. Staying 3nights are so relaxing with comfy room at 10th floor. The hotel staffs have a great hospitality, also friendly and polite. About the breakfast almost the same food in 3days, needs to be improved for variety menu. Narrow car parking also, hard to park the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peace and Quiet if you come at the right time. Good place and ambient. I was in 9th fl. Room was clean, water is good (hot/ cold), AC good. Bathroom floor is slippery, wrong chose on the ceramics. They are not safe for kids.
Need to improve on the breakfast menu. Bit salty and monoton

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique architecture, amazing view, great facilities, i really appreciate how they create the garden & lake. various type of food but the taste of the main course is not special.. and there is only 1 type of tea in the room.
