System tidak online antara HO dan Cabang. Proses pelunasan dan pengambilan BPKB ribet dan harus menunggu 2-3 jam.
VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
The system is not online between HO and Branch. The process of paying and taking BPKB is complicated and has to wait 2-3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pait kcwa.masa pengambilan bpkb yg ngurusin stpam. pelunasan gk bisa bayar di tempat/di kantor.. Harus tranfer.mondar mandir seharian
Experience pait kcwa. The period of taking the BPKB who takes care of the STPAM. repayment can't pay at the place / at the office .. You have to transfer, go back and forth all day

Proses pengambilan BPKB lama, hampir 2 jam, yang disayangkan itu tidak di info kalo lama, jadinya waktu terbuang cuma duduk doank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses pengambilan BPKB sengaja di ulur² waktunya menunggu sekitar 3 jam dan waktu terbuang percumah(tidak dihiraukan). Lebih mementingkan Custamer yg Gadaian BPKB. Pelayana tidak Profesional dan sangat BURUK.
The BPKB collection process was deliberately delayed for about 3 hours and time was wasted (ignored). More concerned with customers who pawn BPKB. Unprofessional and very BAD service.
