★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapok jadi nasabah BCA FINANCE... pengambilan BPKB ribet, security tidak ramah, sudah bikin appointment disuruh nunggu di luar... tidak boleh masuk... KTP main diambil tanpa ngomong apa2... benar2 pelayanan terburuk yang pernah saya alamin... bener2 kapok...
 Kapok being a BCA FINANCE customer ... taking BPKB is complicated, security is not friendly, I have made an appointment to wait outside ... cannot enter ... Play ID is taken without saying anything ... truly the worst service I have ever experienced ... . really give up ...

Permasalahan sepele jadi besar dan ribet
Hanya minta paklaring saja harus nunggu 1 bulan
Sedangkan paklaring hanya untuk mencairkan bpjs tenagakerja yg harus semua paklaring terdaftar
Tolong perbaiki menegemennya karna kalian gtw rasanya di oper" dan nunggu kabar yg gak jelas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIK KTP istri saya di salah gunakan oleh BCA multifinance cabang Depok,istri saya ga pernah ada hubungan sama BCA MF tapi NIK tercatat kena kredit macet di BCA MF,proses pembersihan nya lama banget,syarat2 nya udah di share semua dan katanya SLA 26 hari kerja,,,,sampe skrg ga selesai2
My wife's NIK KTP was misused by BCA multifinance Depok branch, my wife never had a relationship with BCA MF but her NIK was recorded as having bad credit at BCA MF, the cleaning process took too long, all the conditions were shared and it said 26 working days SLA ,,,, until now it's not finished

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak profesional, kenapa saya yang diteror saat nama saya digunakan sebagai sodara dari peminjam di bca finance.. tolong hentikan metode ini, dalam sebulan saya bisa ditelpon lebih dari 6x oleh operator bca multi finance yang meminta tolong menitipkan pesan ke saudara saya yg leasing di bca multi finance. Saya terganggu dan saya tidak akan menggunakan layanan bca multi finance karena akan membuat orang sekitar saya diteror. Cobalah selesaikan sendiri dengan peminjam. Tidak meneror pihak keluarga.
Very unprofessional, why am I being terrorized when my name is used as a friend of a borrower at BCA Finance.. Please stop this method, in a month I can be called more than 6 times by a BCA Multi Finance operator asking for help to leave a message to my brother who is leasing at BCA Multifinance. I am disturbed and I will not use the BCA Multi Finance service because it will terrorize the people around me. Try to settle it yourself with the borrower. Do not terrorize the family.
