★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem rekrutmen pada perusahaan ini tidak transparan dan kurang professional menurut saya, dapat undangan via email untuk psikotes dan interview tapi pas sampai disana hanya psikotes langsung pulang, dan ada beberapa kandidat yg diijinkan interview, padahal saya yakin hasil psikotes saya bagus, batas usia 25 tahun tapi usia 24 tahun tidak diberi kesempatan, untuk apa mengundang psikotes dan interview kalo hanya dilihat dari usia, sungguh kecewa dengan bagian rekrutmen orient group ini!
The recruitment system at this company is not transparent and less professional, in my opinion, I can get an invitation via email for psychological tests and interviews, but when I get there only psychological test goes straight home, and there are some candidates who are allowed to interview, even though I believe my psychology results are good, the age limit is 25 years but the age of 24 years was not given the opportunity, why invite psycho and interviews if only seen from the age, really disappointed with this Orient Group recruitment section!
