low class marble floor with long\visible crack line and plenty of impure colors\dots\wounds,
cheap tiles in the toilet\ balcony and corridor,
ugly lacquer print and lots of wound\scratch on the doors ,
Not to mention the poor painting everywhere, noisy AC, ants, etc.
also not get promised free parking, free tap water(should buy filter by urself later on).
feel like got a government Affordable Housing unit, compared with the expensive service charge and the buying price.
how could BSD people afford 2-3 juta/month managament fee for the unperceivable but annoying restrictive managament service..
i think it is far below what they promised and what it is supposed to be. far from what they advertised in the marketing show unit.

β β β β β Results are far far below what was promised. Loudly promote Japanese designed and built but the final quality given to buyers are much lower than even a bad local developer standards.
We found so many defects in the unit apt.
We think the Japanese team based in Indonesia must be taking bribes from the local contractors to act busy, play golf, drink alcohol, go karaoke, womanizing, & never make sure the buildings are done properly. The cheap result has brought down the Japanese company business ethics below local unethical standards that will definitely tarnish its reputation as well as the true quality of Japanese made buildings. #japan #scam #developer #indonesia

β β β β β This apartment is very cozy and offers premium-feel. The lobby is somewhat luxurious. The parking is also great, although if you are not a member, you need to prepare Rp 30.000 max for a night.
The apartment is also nice, although I think if you have plenty of stuffs, it might get cramped. Overall is ok amd the 'ground' staffs are very friendly.
We stayed here for 2 nights, by Travelio. It is like Airbnb, you may look for it on the web or app.

β β β β β Pet friendly condominium, especially for dogs. Very very cozy and so luxurious. Huge parking lot, for non member you have to pay 3000-4000 per hour and max 30000 for a night. The lobby is somewhat luxurious. The parking is also great, although if you are not a member, you need to prepare Rp 30.000 max for a night. They have a nice swimming pool areas and you will find gazebo to hang out with your families or friends in outdoor areas.
They also have huge garden to play with your kids or your pets. So nice in here!
