★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS cuma satu.... Yg ngantri banyak.... Jam 11.40 baru sampe no urut 40. Dari 100 antrian. Kemarin hari Kamis jam 2 sudah tutup.... Tolong lah pelayanan di perbaiki.... Untuk menjaga kenyamanan customer....
There's only one CS.... There are a lot of queues.... At 11.40, we just arrived at serial number 40. Out of 100 queues. Yesterday Thursday at 2 pm it was closed.... Please fix the service.... To maintain customer comfort....
