★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS buruk, suruh antri tidak boleh di dalam di depan, begitu nomor giliran saha tidak di info, padahal sudah menunggu 2jam.
CS service is bad, told to queue not to be in the front, so the number for my turn is not informed, even though it has been waiting for 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor cabang BRI yang tempatnya rapi, alhamdulillah ketemu dengan orang2 yang ramah, ruang tunggu nyaman, disediakan minum dan handsanitizer di ruang tunggu
