★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya menabung melalui counter yg ada di RSK, dengan harapan saya lebih mudah untuk mengambil uang yg saya tabung di BPR SURYA YUDHA. saya mau ambil uang untuk bayar sekolah anak saya tidak bisa dengan alasan PPKM dan baru bisa ambil uang saya setelah tgl 20 Juli 2021, trs saya bayar SPP anak saya hrs terlambat..., coba di kaji ulang untuk pelayanannya, untuk memudahkan pelanggan, klo spt saya sulit utk mengambil uang, padahal kenapa saya menabung di surya yudha itu untuk memudahkan saya mengambil uang saya terutama untuk pendidikan anak saya, tapi malah saya kesulitan. bagaimana ini, walaupun PPKM ya harusnya tidak mempengaruhi pelanggan mengambil uang to... jangan seperti ini...padahal sistem anda sudah online itu seharusnya lebih mudah untuk transaksi bukan hanya menerima uang setoran saja tapi juga untuk penarikan. saya sudah berulang kali seperti, susah mengambil uang... hadew... sistem yang payah... sudah online tapi masih sulit utk transaksi penarikan....
I save through the counter at the RSK, in the hope that it will be easier for me to take the money I saved at BPR SURYA YUDHA. I want to take money to pay for my child's school, I can't because of PPKM and I can only take my money after July 20, 2021, then I pay my child's SPP, it has to be late..., try to review the service, to make it easier for customers, if Like I find it difficult to take money, even though why am I saving at Surya Yudha to make it easier for me to take my money, especially for my children's education, but instead I find it difficult. how about this, even though PPKM shouldn't affect customers taking money... don't be like this... even though your system is already online it should be easier for transactions not only to accept deposits but also to withdraw. I've repeatedly been like, it's hard to take money... hadew... the system sucks... it's online but it's still difficult for withdrawal transactions....
