tolong di evaluasi kembali terkait kinerjanya agar tidak membuat customer mengantri sampai berjam-jam.
padahal saya hanya cetak kartu ATM saja krna sudah daftar online. tp masih saja ngantri sampe 2 jam belum d panggil juga!
Very slow service.

Dari jam 08:00 s/d 10:30 cuma sampe antrian 07 saja bahkan antrian banyak pun yang sampe sore suruh di pulangkan...
Costumer nya pada ilang trs pada gak jls...ngobrol doang kerja santuy

Saking hebatnya sehari cuman bisa sampe nomr antrian B 032 doang sedangkang gw no antrian B 040 apa ga kasian sama ibu2 yg bawa anak kecil. nunggu dri jm 7 sampe asar kaga jadi malah di suruh pulang?. Soak pokonya dah,... buat bos BRI tolong pecat aja tuh pegawai yg kerjanya lemot kek keong.. maaf ya komenya sadis, biar kedepanya ada kemajuan lgi.?
