★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah jem 11 dateng mau aktifin mbanking cust service nya udah penuh katanya. jumat lalu dateng tutup tulisannya buka kembali senin. senin dateng katanya error. skrg dateng lagi penuh padahal gaada orang didalem cm 2 orang antri. jelek banget pelayanannya.
 Severe Jem 11, I want to activate the banking cust service, he said, already full. last Friday came to close the writing reopen Monday. Monday he said an error. Now I come full again even though there are not 2 people in line. really bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parahh sihh ini kalau gak karna ganti ATM chip gak bakal kesini lah karna cuman bank ini doang yg paling Deket kerumah..
Hari pertama dtang jam 7 pagi katanya antrian uda penuh dibatas cuman 30 orang, truss hari kedua datang lgi jam 5 kurang dpt antrian tuhh antrian terakhir no.30.
Dari jam 5 pagi uda nunggu diluar eehhh jam 9 kurang baru dtng karyawan nya bilang kalau bank nya tutup buka nya Minggu depan kan parahhhh yaa.. gila kali yaa.. gak mikirin orang uda lama2 ngantri bahkan ada yg dri jam 2 pagi ngantrinya...
Buseeeetttt gak punya hati nurani.
Yaahh setidaknya ada tulisan gitu dipintu Bank nya kalau tutup atau karyawan nya dtang lebih awal ngasih info nya bukan nya dtang siang jadi nya yg nunggu lama gak bisa lagi cari Bank baru.
Keseelll bgt sihhh ogah gw dtang kesini lgi

The first day came at 7 am he said the queue was already full, limited to only 30 people, then the second day came again at 5 o'clock the queue was less, the last queue was no.30.
From 5 in the morning I have been waiting outside eehhh at 9 am not new with the employee saying that the bank is closed, open it next Sunday, it will be bad ... it's crazy ... I don't think about people queuing for a long time and even someone from 2 am to replace it ... .

Well, at least there is a writing like that on the door of the bank if it closes or the employee comes early to give the info, not at noon so those who are waiting for a long time can no longer find a new bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bank mandiri di cabang ini mnrt saya pelayanan gx ramah sama sekali. dan pemberlakuan antrian gx jelas masa saya datang jam stng 8 antrian sdh habis. Saya kalau atam bisa dibenarin online ogah jga gantri gini
It's bad that the independent bank at this branch thinks the service is not friendly at all. and the application of the queue is not clear when I come at 8pm the queue has run out. I, if atam can be justified online, don't bother changing like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . Sofa untuk ruang tunggu nya sedikit, jadi ada yg nunggu sambil berdiri. Untuk pelayanan baik dan ramah, cukup memuaskan.
. The sofa for the waiting room is small, so there are people waiting while standing up. For good and friendly service, it's quite satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belum lama bank ini pindah ruko ke rukonyang lebih lega. Dari ruang tunggu yang sangat sempit dan tanpa kursi, sekarang berubah menjadi lebih nyaman karena ada kursi dan ruangan yang sejuk. Ada2 teler dan 3 meja customer servis yang akan membantu menjawab masalah kita seputar bank mandiri. Satpam banyak membantu pengunjung, mengarahkan ke bagian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengunjung.
Not long ago, this bank moved its shop to a more spacious one. From a very narrow and chairless waiting room, it has now become more comfortable because there are chairs and a cool room. There are 2 teler and 3 customer service desks that will help answer our problems regarding independent bank. The security guard helps visitors a lot, directing them to the section that suits the visitor's needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajibb ah datang jam 7 pagi nanya antrean utk ke CS dh full. Buka aja blm dh full aja antrean. Sekelas bank BUMN pelayanan menyedihkan. Kalo gak sanggup layanin nasabah TUTUP aja cabang nya
Ajibb ah came at 7 am asking the line to go to CS was full. Just open it, it's not full, there's a queue. A class of state-owned banks with pathetic service. If you can't serve customers, just close the branch

Saya setuju dg ulasan yang lain, lebih baik cabang ini ditutup aja jika tidak sanggup melayani nasabah dg baik.
Apa perlu dibuat surat terbuka supaya terbaca sampai ke pusat?
3x come during operating hours NOT served with the reason being OFFLINE.
I agree with other reviews, it's better if this branch is closed if it is not able to serve customers well.
Is it necessary to make an open letter so that it can be read to the center?
