★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka jam 9, bank lain buka jam 8. Buka buku tabungan offline. Tunggu jam 13.00. Pas balik jam 13.00 bilangnya masih istirahat sampai 13.30. 13.30 balik lagi, dibilang cuma melayani 3 orang buka rekening. Buang2 waktu orang.
Open at 9, other banks open at 8. Open an offline bankbook. Wait for 13.00. When back at 13:00 said he still rested until 13.30. 13.30 back again, practically only serves 3 people open an account. Waste of people's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat payah, saya nunggu dari jam 6 pagi sampe hampir jam 8 buat ambil nomer antrian ga di ladenin sama sekali, cuma mau nabung saja padahal, soalnya jam stengah 9 saya sudah harus masuk kerja. Kapok saya BTN di cibarusah
