โ โ โ โ โ Parah parah parah Lain kami team Cs nya di tambah . Pelayanan si ramah judes tuh satpam . Antri dari jam 7 sampe jam 11 blm selesai di tambah istirahat nunggu lagi . Yang tadi mao make BRI gak jadi ogahhh Nyesel ngantri lama lama gak kelar2 .

Worse, severe, Else, our Cs team has been added. The friendly bitch service is the security guard. Queuing from 7 to 11 hours has not been finished, plus a break to wait again. Those who wanted to set up BRI didn't want to be averse to it. I regret waiting in line for a long time and it doesn't work out.

โ โ โ โ โ Dua kali kesini, dua2nya buruk pelayanan CS nya. Pertama pas buka rek mudharabah, si CS tidak menguasai produk bank tsb dan sangat less communication to nasabah.
Kedua, Waktu mau tutup rekening, terpaksa datang lagi kesini, jarak 3 bulan kurang, dan si CS makin gak ada attitude. Saya aktivasi mobile banking untuk rekening wadiah setelah tutup rek yang sebelumnya. Aktivasi pertama saya coba gagal. Trus saya serahkan k CS, diutak atih tuh dia kirim sampe ada 10 kali. Setelah berhasil,si CS salahin saya kasih info salah tentang kartu sim yg dipakai buat send. saya udah bilang sim 1,sms pertama kan saya kirim pake sim satu. Eh dia ngotot tetap salahin saya yang salah kasih info. Ada ya petugas bank kayak gini! Mana kang parkirnya curangin jam parkir sampe 10 menit. Moga berkah dah semua yg lgi cari makan

Second, when I wanted to close my account, I had to come here again, less than 3 months apart, and the CS had no attitude. I activated mobile banking for my wadiah account after closing my previous account. The first activation I tried failed. Then I handed it over to CS, he worked on it, he sent it up to 10 times. After it was successful, the CS blamed me for giving wrong information about the sim card used for sending. I already said sim 1, I sent the first sms using sim one. Eh, he insisted on blaming me for giving the wrong information. There are bank officers like this! Where's the parking lot, the parking hours are up to 10 minutes.
