★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best family restaurant in Alam Sutera! The place is always crowded with visitors but that’s just the proof of the quality this place offers. It has a really nice ambience, good food with kinda expensive price but still worth it cause the food taste delicious. It located in strategic areas and once you’re here, you’re going to want to come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservation was quite easy, I made mine via phone call. After it has been placed, they sent a confirmation via text message. We went on Saturday and they were quite busy. They have very strict health protocol. But I didn't understand why we had to change our own face mask with the one they provided. I mean if they are fear that our face mask might carry some viruses on it, what about our clothes? Or shoes? ? Well, I am not very sure what the purpose of changing the face mask ?♀️ The food are good, but I think it's a bit overpriced. Or maybe because the have a very nice place, so it's plus plus. Little bit disappointed with the service. They were not that quick to take our empty plates. I had to ask several times, they did take it but not all together. So they had to come a few times to take all of them. And also, I had to ask several times for my alpukat rujak.
The food selection are limited. They do have a very thick menu, but I just realized that same menu is printed over and over again. So you just read the same things few times ? But if you're looking for instagramable place, this is the place. Oh they also provide a tripod if you want to take a picture on the 'fenomenal' stairs. ?

The only flaw was they missed one item of my order and the staff was too busy, maybe the lack of staff on that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this restaurant Thursday afternoon as a part of a 10 people group. We made a reservation 2 days before the day through WA. The reservation process is simple and even when we have to reschedule our booking time the process went without much issue.
This restaurant follows a strict health protocol. At the entrance we were required to record our presence using Peduli Lindungi app. After that our temperature and our oxygen saturation levels are measured. Then we were required to change our current face masks with masks provided by the restaurant. The restaurant also provide a small plastic bag to store our worn masks. After all of this is completed then we were allowed to enter.
The reason we chose this restaurant is because of the atmosphere it provided and we were not disappointed. The restaurant has good and relaxing atmosphere that will tempt visitors to prolong their stay there. The restaurant has also has several instagrammable spots that will encourage visitors to document their visit there.
When we arrived, we were immediately directed to our table. Unfortunately the table they provided us is only enough for 8 people. Since the restaurant does not have a table that can accommodate 10 person at the same time, we were forced to use 2 tables for our group. You may want to consider this if you are going to visit this place in a big group.
After all of us are settled on our tables, we immediately ordered food and beverages. The restaurant serves Indonesian national dishes and beverages such as soto, gulai, tongseng, pisang hijau, etc. The price ranges from between 50 - 150 k for the food and 25 - 75 k for the beverages. After we placed our order, it didn't take long for our food and beverages to start coming to our tables. However you may want to remind the waitresses about your order if you placed additional order after your food and beverages have arrived. We had to remind the waitresses about our extra order even though the restaurant were not crowded.
Overall it was a good experience even though there are aspects of their service that definitely can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mie Goreng K2 delicious, the nasi goreng kecombrang also delicous, Ayam kalasan less delicious for the sambal. It should be perfect menu if Sambal for Ayam Kalasan not taste like that, you should a little bit spicy, and give some fresh from Jeruk purut or other things. The fried enoki is delicious with cheese sauce, and the singkong goreng is also delicious but not fit with Sambal Roa.
The place very awsome and so instagramble, but many young girls took a long time just to take a selfie in the stairs , because the stairs is the main center with pretty background in it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has so much wood carving interior as it name. Their protocols are so great. You will be asked to disposed your used mask before you get in and change it with the new one. In the table there is a glass to protect your food from others droplets. The food are great. We try fried rice and soto betawi. At first I kinda underestimate the soto betawi, but turns out it taste super good. During the peak hours you might need to reserve before you come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place, beautiful feel, perfect interior and design selection, nuanced natural wood, there is a pool in it, selection of songs with jazz genre.
As for the taste, it's pretty good, there are many various menu variants, ranging from Indonesian to western food, but honestly, the signature taste is not too good (K2 sauce/variant), drinks there are options for glasses or pitchers for families. There is a birthday cake, wine, and liquor.
For the price, it can be said that it is a bit expensive compared to other restaurants, such as upper-middle class restaurants, suitable for dinner.
There is a health protocol that we must follow, you will be asked to scan before entering, test the oxygen level on your index finger, wash your hands, and replace the mask with the new mask provided.
I'm a bit confused with the reservation system, it takes a long time to reply to a reservation via Whatsapp, , so I became a walk in guest, don't worry, you will be helped by a friendly security guard :) , he will help you in asking the restaurant's existing capacity.
