★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan CS nya sangat lambat, 2 CS yg 1 aktif yg 1 tlp2an tolong diperbaiki, pdhl consumen ke CS cuma 5 org tapi nggu hampir 1 jam stengah.
The CS service is very slow, 2 CS, 1 active, 1 telephone, please fix it, even though there are only 5 consumers to CS but it's almost an hour and a half.

Apply to replace the token which is almost out of battery, but it's been almost three months and it hasn't been done yet. It's true that state-owned banks are slow winners, it's not just the CS that are slow...
