Beberapa kali kesini bikin moodbreaker. Pelayanan satpam baju putih tidak ramah, teller juga kurang ramah, cs nya ramah, beberapa cust pun mengeluh hal yg sama. Nyesel buka rekening disini, jadi kalo mau ngurus2 yg penting dilemparnya harus kesini ?

Gilaaaa Pelayanan lelet, udah gitu berkali2 ngantri ngambil uang selalu GAK BISA. Yang 20 jt, 30 jt, bahkan 40 jt Hasilnya ZONK. BANK apaan nasabah ngambil 20 juta gak dikasih. Padahal nominal kecil. Eh BAPAK. Kalau memang cash lagi kosong tulis di depan aja UANG CASH SEDANG KOSONH. Jadi kita sbg nasabah pun tau diri, gak perlu ngantri lama2 berjam2 taunya ZONK. Berani nggak? ??
Crazyooo Slow service, I have been queuing for money and always CANNOT. Which is 20 million, 30 million, even 40 million. The result is ZONK. What bank does the customer take for 20 million? Even though the nominal is small. Uh, FATHER. If the cash is empty, write it down in front of CASH MONEY IS KOSONH. So we as customers also know ourselves, we don't have to queue for hours to see ZONK. Dare you? ??

Pengalaman saya mengurus ATM diblokir dan TIDAK BISA TARIK TUNAI menggunakan buku tabungan karena ada perubahan nama di KTP akhirnya bisa diselesaikan dengan baik di BRI Unit Sitanggal ini. Terima Kasih atas layanan yang baik yang diberikan oleh CS dan petugas SATPAM. Awalnya begini, setelah perbaikan nama di KTP karena tidak sesuai dengan nama yang tertera di KK tapi nomor NIKnya sama loh, aku coba tarik tunai 500 rb di ATM Bank BRI unit DADAO KOSAMBI Tangerang, ehh tapi ada pesan Time Out dannuamg tidak keluar. Saya coba ulangi dan bisa tarik tunai 100Rb dan Topup GOPAY. Karena antri saya keluar dulu, dan coba cek lagi apakah tarik tunai pertama yang Time out itu kedebet atap Tidak. Tapi sayang 3x masukin PIN yang menurut saya dah benar tetapi muncul pesan Mohon Maaf Kartu ATM anda DIBLOKIR, harap hubungi CS...kira2 gitu. Keesokan harinya saya coba datangi CS di Bank BRI unit DADAP, tapi CS bilang mohon maaf untuk perubahan nama identitas KTP tidak bisa dilakukan di kantor cabang, silahkan diurus di kantor BRI dimana pertama kali buka rekening. Saya tanya, Bu kalo tarik tunai bisa ga Bu? Katanya, maaf Pak ga bisa karena nama di KTP dengan nama data di buku Tabungan Bapak Berbeda. Bapak harus urus di bank pertama kali buka rekening. Baik Bu... Sesuai dengan saran dari CS akhirnya saya coba Mudhik dadakan urus masalah ini di Bank BRI unit Sitanggal. Cuman buat surat keterangan perubahan Nama di Kelurahan, KTP Terbaru dan Buku Tabungan. Hasilnya Rekening Lama ditutup dan dibuatkan Rekening Baru dan ATMnya juga Baru. My experience in managing ATMs was blocked and CANNOT WITHDRAWAL CASH using a passbook because there was a change in the name on the ID card, which was finally resolved properly at the BRI Unit Sidatel. At first it was like this, after correcting the name on the ID card because it didn't match the name on the KK but the NIK number was the same, I tried withdrawing 500 thousand cash at the BRI ATM, DADAO KOSAMBI Tangerang unit, but there was a Time Out message and it didn't come out. I tried again and was able to withdraw 100K cash and GOPAY Topup. Because I queued out first, and tried to check again whether the first cash withdrawal that was time out was debited from the roof. No. But unfortunately, enter the PIN 3 times which I think is correct but a message appears Sorry, your ATM card is BLOCKED, please contact CS... that's about it. The next day I tried to go to CS at the BRI Bank DADAP unit, but CS said sorry for the change in the name of the identity card, it couldn't be done at the branch office, please take care of it at the BRI office where you first opened the account. I asked, ma'am, can you withdraw cash or not, ma'am? He said, sorry sir, I can't because the name on the ID card is different from the data in your Savings book. You have to take care of it at the bank the first time you open an account. Fine, ma'am... In accordance with the suggestion from CS, I finally tried Mudhik to take care of this problem at the BRI Bank, the Sidatel unit. Just make a certificate of change of name in the village, latest ID card and savings book. As a result, the old account is closed and a new account is created and the ATM is also new.
