★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumer Service nya sedikit (kadang cuman 2 orang), padahal yg antri MASYAALLOH banyaknya, kasihan para nasabah yg nunggu sampe berjam2,, pegel pegelll daah
 The customer service is small (sometimes only 2 people), even though there are a lot of people waiting in line, sorry for the customers who waited until hours, pegel pegelll

Friendly service but slow, took really long to accompany the pisan, made atm for hours, ... messed up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau mau narik uang di ATM maupun mau setor tabungan di sini pasti antrinya lama. Keknya perlu upgrade pelayanan dan penambahan mesin ATM juga penambaha jumlah karyawan deh agar pelayanan lebih nyaman dan cepat. Karena jumlah masyarakat yang transaksi disini cukup banyak.
If you want to withdraw money from an ATM or deposit your savings here, you will definitely have a long queue. Keknya need to upgrade services and add ATM machines as well as increase the number of employees so that service is more convenient and fast. Because the number of people who make transactions here is quite a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf bukannya sy tdk suka,sy jg tercatat sebagai nasabah diBRI Larangan, kalau pelayanan sy kira sdh cukup baik ya?tp digedung BRI sendiri sy kira kurang luas/besar ya?, soalnya terbukti disetiap jam kerja, area ruang tunggu antrian pasti penuh dan tidak bisa masuk kedalam, akhirnya banyak yg ngantri diluar gedung, menurut sy alangkah baiknya bs pindah cari di area Larangan yg lumayan luas agar nasabah bs merasakan pelayannan yg baik dan nyaman

Sorry, it's not that I don't like it, I'm also listed as a customer at BRI. Prohibition, if the service I think is good enough, right? But I think the BRI building itself is not big enough, right?, because it's proven that every working hour, the waiting room area is definitely full and not was able to go inside, finally many queued outside the building, in my opinion it would be nice to move to a fairly large Prohibition area so that customers can feel good and comfortable service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah, info dari teller untuk KARTU ATM ke CS, tapi tidak ada instruksi apapun.
Nunggu dari jam 9.30 sampe 12.00 baru di kasih tahu harusnya buku tabungan dari TELLER langsung diserahin ke CS. Sedangkan dari TELLER tidak ada ucapan serahin buku tabungan ke CS untuk pembuatan KARTU ATM.
Worse, info from the teller for ATM CARD to CS, but no instructions whatsoever.
Waiting from 9.30 to 12.00 just to be told that the savings book from TELLER should be handed over to CS immediately. Meanwhile, TELLER did not say hand over the passbook to CS for making ATM CARD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ramah, tapi kurang cepat. harus nunggu Berjam jam dan ujung²nya mesin eror trus akhirnya tak tinggal pulang:') semoga bisa lebih baik lagi kedepannya, memberikan kenyamanan kpd nasabah
friendly, but not fast. had to wait for hours and in the end the machine crashed and finally didn't stay home :') hopefully it can be even better in the future, providing convenience to customers
