Penyelsaian masalahnya kurang baik dan lelet.
yg Nunggu antrian diluar kasian tanpa peneduh/genteng padahal panas terik dan berjam2, berdesakan, terkesan g manusiawi.
Harap diperbaiki lagi, demi pelayanan memuaskan spt semboyan kalian. Maaf dan terimaksih
The CS is not polite, if I give info / instructions half snapping.
Resolution of the problem is not good and slow.
Waiting for the queue outside is sad without shade / tile even though it's scorching hot and for hours, crowded, seems human.
Please improve it again, for the sake of satisfying service like your motto. Sorry and thank you
