The employee is professional, I go to CS so that the problem is resolved. Tp sm CS instead is all sent by the BRI call center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cs nya sama sekali Tdk profesional ,saya lama lama antri 1 jam lebih untuk trf antar bank lain , mba cs nya ( yang berwajah oval giginya came) bilang katanya saya Tdk bisa trf antar bank lain di BRI poli media karena buku rekening saya katanya Tdk ada ttd saya ( yg di kotak silver didalam buku) ,jd saya hrs ke BRI unit Lenteng agung karna saya memang awal bikin rekening disana ,
Padahal saya itu terakhir ganti buku rekening tuh di BRI poli media ,brarti kan kalo masalah buku rekening gk ada ttd ya itu kesalahan mereka cs bank poli media ,kok malah saya di oper oper ,ini bank kas poli media gk menyelesaikan masalah sama sekali ,buat apa buka kantor di situ .saya amat kecewa ,saya sudah laporan ke pusat BRI ,saya mohon di tindak lanjuti
The CS was totally unprofessional, I waited a long time for more than 1 hour to transfer to other banks, mba the cs (who had oval-faced teeth came) said he said I could not trf between other banks in BRI poly media because my account book he said No Signed me (the one in the silver box in the book), so I had to go to the BRI Lenteng Agung unit because I really made an account there,
Even though I was the last to change the account book at BRI poly media, it means that if there was no account book issue, it was their fault cs poly media bank, how come I was in the oper oper, this poly media cash bank didn't solve the problem at all, for if I open an office there. I am very disappointed, I have reported it to the BRI center, I beg you to follow up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atam saya ketelen bikin di polimedia gak bisa untuk cetak ulang kartu katanya kartunya terbatas. Tolong dong BRI jangan di adain bank unit kaya gini. Cetak kartu ulang aja gak ada. Gak ada faedahnya nih jadi nasabah di bank ini
Atam I wrote it on Media that I couldn't reprint the card, it said the cards were limited. Please don't have BRI like a bank unit like this. Just print out the card again, not there. There is no benefit to being a customer at this bank
