Saya datang sekitar pkl 10:00, tujuan transaksi utk mengganti kartu debit/atm yg hilang. Tapi satpam, menyarankan utk datang kembali pkl 12:30, sambil menunjukkan semacam daftar antrian yg katanya penuh. Padahal di dalam saya lihat tidak terlalu ramai. Kalau alasannya karena membatasi jumlah pengunjung di ruangan tidak masuk akal. Masih ada bangku kosong utk menunggu antrian di dalam dengan protokol kesehatan. Lalu saya menunggu, di parkiran sambil memantau, ke arah bank. Dan ada pengunjung yg diperbolehkan/diberikan karcis antrian oleh satpam tersebut. Kecewa. Karena sepertinya Bank hanya memprioritaskan nasabah dengan transaksi tertentu, yang dianggap lebih penting.

Then I waited, in the parking lot watching, for the bank. And there are visitors who are allowed / given queue tickets by the security guard. Disappointed. Because it seems that the Bank only prioritizes customers with certain transactions, which are considered more important.

Kronologi : dateng jam 10 ingin membuka rekening nah ketika ingin cetak kartu katanya kuota antrian sudah habis di suruh dateng kembali jam 12, lalu dateng lagi saya jam 12 lewat karena saya pikir biar gk terlalu antri dan saya sampai jam 12:15 terus dapet nomer antrian lumayan lah tapi kata mereka karyawannya lagi istirahat disuruh nunggu dan di mulai lagi jam 1 ya kali kita nasabah di suruh nungguin mereka makan klo kyk gitu seharusnya di infoin sekalian jam 1 dateng nya atau di beri nomer antrian terlebih dahulu tapi untuk kloter siangnya masa kita dateng jam 12'n di suruh nunggu mereka istirahat dan blm lagi nunggu antrian, habis waktu saya, parah sih ini, semoga kelak lebih baik lagi berkaca pada bank ternama yang lainnya

Parah disini buka blokir dr jam 7 baru bisa jam 12.00 antrian no 11 jam 08.20 baru buka cabang,, CSO sangat lambat sekali,, Bisa kapok inii klo bca bgini smua parahhh

Mau urus ganti token Key BCA gak bisa, info dari satpam BCA, sy disuruh ke cabang penerbit. Lalu sy tanya, bank penerbit sy di daerah Jakarta Barat? Satpam menjawab silahkan hubungi CS Call Center BCA saja kalo gitu tanpa kasih solusi terbaik, padahal sy sudah luangkan waktu untuk kesini. Not recommended attitude!! Beda jauh sama BCA cabang lain Mohon tim pusat BCA audit pelayanan Cabang ini! Satpam sbg frontliner harus humanis dan solutif. Jangan sampai nasabah anda pindah ke bank sebelah.

Saya tadi pagi kesana untuk ganti kartu yg baru karena yg lama blm pakai chip, smp di sana jam 08.20 blm buka untuk pelayanan kecuali ATM sdh buka kurang lebih jam 8.35 baru buka saya ambil no. Antrian untuk CS sdh tunggu 20 menit di info sama petugasnya jaringan komputernya untuk ganti kartu sdg ada masalah & petugas untuk perbaikannya tidak standby di tempat tunggu di panggil dari kantor cabang lain, saya pulang dulu dari pada tunggu ga jelas smp jam berapa jam 10.30 saya kembali datang lagi ke sana tanya security sudah tutup karena dibatasi nnt kembali lagi jam 13.30

pertama kesini jam set10 katanya antrian nya sampe nmr 26, okelah sy pulang. barusan kesini lg sy dtg jam 8 pagi katanya cuma nerima 20 nasabah aja ujung"nya di alihin ke bca taman melati margonda. LUCU BGT ANJIR, PADAHAL 1 NOMER ANTRIAN GA SAMPE 5 MENIT KELAR. MENDING KAGA USAH BUKA KALO GABISA NGELAYANIN NASABAH ! GUE SARANIN JGN KESINI DEH, BUANG BUANG WAKTU DOANG SAMA BUANG BUANG DUIT BUAT BAYAR PARKIR 3RB/JAM. FAK

Saya kasih bintang 1 murni karena satpam-nya nyebelin. Saya tiba di kcp ini pukul 11.30 utk ngurus kartu atm tertelan. Karena waiting list dan mepet istirahat siang, saya dimintai nama oleh satpam & diminta untuk kembali jam 13.00. Okelah, ini saya masih bisa mengerti karena memang waktu kedatangan saya kurang tepat. Akhirnya saya pulang dulu. jarak dari rumah ke kcp ini mayan jauh (40 menit motoran). Saya pikir jam operasional kcp ini seperti instansi lain pd umumnya yakni 15.00, jadi saya kembali ke kcp ini dg agak nyantai, jam menunjuk 13.45. Eh ternyata, pas sampe pintu masuk, saya diinfokan bahwa saya tidak bisa ngurus karena udah mepet waktu antrian terakhir yakni 14.00. Dan satpam itu bilang ke saya, "Kan tadi saya udah bilang mas untuk balik ke sini jam 1. Kita juga harus layanin customer lain, bukan harus ngikutin maunya mas doang," ucapnya dengan muka senyum satir. 1. Satpam tidak menginformasikan batas waktu antrian pas saya pertama datang, jadi mana saya tau harus kembali TENG JAM 1. 2. kenapa anda jadi nyalahin customer atas informasi yang tidak anda sampaikan dari awal? Saya juga punya urusan lain selain bolak balik ke kantor anda. Toh misalnya satpam tadi kasih info pas saya dateng tentang batas waktu antrian, saya juga bakal datang tepat waktu jam 1 kok. Jangan malah menimpakan kesalahan ke saya tanpa ada info apapun sebelumnya. Untung OB-nya jauh lebih ramah dalam handle customer bahkan sampe nanyain dulu ke kepala cabangnya apakah masih bisa terima satu antrian terakhir atau mutlak nggak bisa. Dan akhirnya, karena kali ini ada sedikit miscom, utk sekali ini saya bisa dibantu. Tapi next time, nggak bisa. Okey, saya terima. Untuk pelayanannya cukup oke dan cepat. Cuman attitude satpam-nya aja bikin saya eneg. Enjoy your 1-star review.
